Leslie’s Pool(formerly Pool Warehouse) on S. Mason will no longer get my business. About three years ago, I bought a pool cover with a five year warranty. It started deteriorating this summer and the small air bubbles are coming off and getting in the pool. I may have found the receipt but since they print all of their receipts on thermal paper they all fade within a year and can no longer be read. So, I found my credit card payment on my statement and returned to the store. I was told they had changed computer systems so they could not look up my purchase. They no longer have or carry pool covers so they needed to know what brand of pool cover. I have returned on three different occasions and each time I get a different story. After three trips I am tired of arguing. We had received an estimate from Leslie’s on replacing our pump, filter and installing a heat pump. In their quote they told us that the«Hayward» had a lifetime warranty however, if I can’t trust them to stand behind a $ 270 pool cover, I am not going to trust them with several thousand dollars of pool equipment. So I went with a different company that sold Jandy instead of Hayward. I am going to replace my Tiger Shark this fall but it will not be from Leslie’s. Sure seems it would be better on their bottom line to just stand behind their warranties. I give them an F.

Why can’t someone open a good pool supply place in this town !?! This place is run by total idiots. Service is horrible and not one person knows anything about how to keep a pool clean. Water tests are not accurate and they sell just to sell.

They were bought by Leslie’s. Not the same. All of the quality service people are gone. They don’t know where their own merchandise is in the store; asked me what the price if them item was! Lame. Sad. This is why I didn’t use Leslie’s!
