I had been searching for an appliance showroom that had everything under one roof so that I could compare items without going from store to store. I received a mailer about Pacific Kitchen & Home inside Best Buy. I didn’t realize until I called them that not all Best Buy’s have this appliance center inside — only the «high traffic» Best Buys. They had EVERYTHING… GE, Whirlpool, Frigidaire, Samsung, LG, DCS, Kitchenaid and on up to Thermador and Viking… exactly everything I wanted to see. The salespeople were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They were also the ONLY place I had visited that provided me with the name of a company (FRIGO) that actually makes stainless panels specifically for the fridge you purchase, so that you don’t have to get stuck with the gray vinyl sides that has become standard. Once I realized that, I could shop for the fridge I WANTED, and then order the side panel from FRIGO… I was not stuck with ordering one of the very few fridges that came with stainless sides as an option. Example… if I ordered a Viking fridge, I would have to pay Viking an additional $ 480 for the stainless sides, plus pay another $ 300 – 400 more for a Viking-​approved installer to put the panels on once it arrived at my home. This pretty much sealed the deal for me and I purchased both a cooktop and fridge. Couldn’t be happier.
