My family, including my tots, have been seeing Dr. Li for almost three years. The experience has always been consistently pleasant. He is patient with all questions and answer them with friendly smile. He shares professional knowledge as well as his personal opinion with us transparently, which gives me full confidence and trust. Highly recommend him and his team!

Dr Li and his staffs provides great customer service and I am very impressed with their state of the art equipments. They have a broad selections of eye glasses and offer very reasonable prices for the frames. The best part is that they customized and made the glasses in the store! No more waiting for a week for eyeglasses, I get to pick up my glasses 30 minutes after my eye exam, how cool is that!

From first call to set up an appointment, until the moment I put on my completed glasses, it was all an amazing experience! I have two children ages 18y and 5y who also need correction lenses. Josie helped ALL of us with such patience, friendliness, and profound knowledge that I will never go elsewhere as long as she is there! She truly is a rockstar! The Dr. was very kind and thorough, and patient with my grumpy 5 year old. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility. I live in the Energy Corridor where I have a dozen Optometry facilities, but I will drive into Katy to VeriCare gladly!
