Moe’s Southwest Grill

Ate at Moe’s for the 1^st time today and the food was amazing, the employees were extra helpful, the manager was very nice by helping me figure out if the queso was safe to consume during pregnancy and the location is very convenient to get to for lunch. I will definitely be going back for lunch or dinner in the near future.

I went to Moe’s today and the one thing I don’t like is when someone see’s that I’m a female and decides that they are going to be stingy with the food I’m paying for. I was also turned off by the fact that the cashier’s shirt was too low cut when the other employees were dressed in a professional way. It turns me off when people look unprofessional, no matter where you work. Food was pretty bland. Your better off spending your money at Chipotle or Cantina Mexican Grill.

The New Moe’s opened up down US1. By now everyone should have heard about Moe’s burrito and been. «Welcomed» If you haven’t get to one and get you one.
This location is consistently fresh and tasty. Pretty clean and stocked. Been here a few times and always leave with a smile on my face.
The queso is top notch. Not sure how they are turning such simple ingredients into such goodness. but keep it up. I usually get a heap of fresh jalapenos and mix that in tableside.
The loaded Joey Bag of Donuts is my go to burro. I get some much stuff in there it’s always fun to watch them try and wrap it. They ask, I say yes!
The only knock on this place is the size… or lack thereof. It’s pretty small so if you happen to come in during busy times it can be tricky to find a place to sit. Last time in we happened to be there during the Crossbridge Church’s Fundraiser. No Bueno! Now I applaud Moe’s for being heavily involved in local schools, churches, and charities. It’s great.
HOWEVER!
Someone needs to teach the good folks of Crossbridge some manners on how to mind their children! Those little monsters were all over the place. Running, laughing, loud as Hell! Suffice to say we had to stand and wait for a table to open up. Easily more than ½ the restaurant was taken up by the congregation. And all the while they were just watching these tiny terrors make noise and be unruly and just smile like it was ok. It was not. They needed to be seated and behave. Next time do takeout and remember that this is not your cafeteria. The funny was this elderly woman that gave two boys the death stare when then approached!

I hate this moes. The quality of the food was just terrible. I had a burrito & the rice tasted uncooked. The chips were also a bit soggy as if they were sitting outside for days. I wouldn’t recommend this moes.

I came here because I was craving queso dip, but I wanted to compare it to the queso dip from Lime. Honestly, both queso dips are very good. I really can’t decide which one I like better. The chips are a little stale, but you get unlimited amount for free, so I’m not complaining.
I got the home wrecker burrito. This burrito is sooooo good! Better than the Lime burrito I got if you’re gonna compare, but that’s just my opinion. It might even be cheaper here too. Overall, I love this place.

The burritos and nachos here are total worth every bite. I love the Moes Mondays Burritos with pretty much everything and you gotta add Queso. Also I like all the sauces they have out for the chips that come with every order and for your burrito to dip.

This Moes is not that great. I was expecting the same quality as the one in Doral. but not even close. We ordered take out. Big mistake!

I love moes burritos. I like chipotles more but moes is good to for the price on Mondays. I usually get the steak burrito on Mondays for «Moe Monday’s» can’t go wrong with $ 5 burritos! All ingredients are fresh! They could use a little more meat in there burritos tho

Still really good. It’s been a few years since I’ve been and I’ve been telling my boyfriend Chipotle has nothing on Moe’s. We finally went last week and he AGREES. Keep it up Moe’s. Give me fresh chips next time and I’ll happily give you the 5 stars you will have earned.

Fresh food, great service, can’t complain! Enjoyed the salsa bar very much! The chips are fresh and hot! The hand crafted guacamole is delicious! The food is prepared and served right in front of your eyes and you know it is very fresh!

This is a great place to hang out with friends and have good priced Mexican inspired food. In comparison to chipotle Moes has more options to add to your meals and they have the amazing white cheese dip. I also love that they have tofu which in my opinion goes great as a meat replacement. All the food is very tasty and made to order. It just doesn’t get any better for fast Mexican food!

Terrible service and no one seemed happy to be there. There is a new policy that you can only order from the kids menu if you have a kid. My two kids were sitting down, as I am ordering their food the server tells me «I can’t serve you this because you don’t have kids,» I pointed to where my kids were and told her they were sitting. We continue to order a total of 2 kids meals, a stack and a burrito bowl. Clearly I’m not going to eat all this. As we approach the register the cashier, with a not so friendly face and with an unprofessional tones tells us «I cannot charge you for the kids meals.» I immediately tell him the kids are sitting down. No apology, no smile, nothing! This is so ridiculous, if you just want to pick up food for your kids you can’t, that’s crazy.

This place is delicious! I don’t really compare it with Chipotle as they are equally yummy. I have only ever gone on Mondays for their $ 5 burrito deal which is awesome! Love their quesadillas and chips! Super nice relaxed place with a very nice staff! Love it :)

I guess if you like Mexican fast food this will do the trick. Better than Taco Bell but not as good as Chipotle.
The meat lacks seasoning.

We always go on weekends… we always get the same manager… never fails to greet, moves you right along, and always gives a smile.
The food is fresh and tasty, it’s good for a fast good place!!! I love having that zillion combos drink machine from coke and really appreciate the complimentary chips for the variety of salsas.

This place is pretty fun to go too! We went tonight (A Friday night) with a group of friends. Some of which had never been here before. Walking through the door we were instantly greeted with their infamous «WELCOME TO MOES!» Shout. We informed them that some of us had never been here before and they immediately got excited and started to explain all the different options we had to choose from. They guided us and made us laugh the entire time. We ended up creating our own burritos, nachos, quesadillas. Even though it was close to their closing hours they didn’t seem upset or in a hurry to kick us out but rather kept checking up to see if what they had made was good and whether we liked their suggestions. The restaurant is very clean and the food tasted very good! The employees were very nice and made our overall experience pretty awesome!

This place is terrible ! It’s the subway of Mexican food. Skip it and go to Chipotle. This one in particular had the absolute worse service I have ever encountered. I witnessed two customer complaints and a very sassy worker. All the employees looked overwhelmed and as if they were about to cry. Almost every table was dirty and chips all over the floor! It was disgusting! The bathrooms had toilet paper all over the floor. It was sooo dirty!
The food was in containers and looked like it was placed in a microwave before it was served. The garbage cans were over flowing with garbage so it was impossible to even throw our trash away. I will seriously never go here again in my life! This place needs more employees (quality ones) and some higher management needs to step in.

This place is disgusting. The floors are extremely dirty, the employees are rude, and the food sucked. I love the Moe’s in Doral, and I have no complaints there.
I asked the guy to clean the grill because it was extremely dirty and he told me he couldn’t because it was «crazy». One of the guests in party is allergic to corn and the grill was all full of it, hence I didn’t want to contaminate what they were eating.
Overall food was cold, horrible service, and rude ignorant employees.
Hit up any other eatery in the mall.

Man this place is super duper close to my casa and I never thought about going here… Man what I have been missing!
Chicken bowl: chicken (duh) rice, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, salsa, basically the works… Quick easy delicious meal!
Okay so the cool contraption they have — the soda machine! It’s so high-​tech! Go check it out! Lol
Right when you walk in they yell «welcome to moes!» It’s awesome must suck for them lol
