Absolutely amazing practice!
Everyone who works there is happy, knowledgeable, smiling, and happy to spend the time talking with you that you need. The kids are comfortable, in addition to their parents, and I have seen a good deal of adults attending the practice as well.
Billing was well explained and not rushed, many payment term options were available without interest charges. They even offered great referrals to dentists and doctors in the area if needed.
Recently I was having trouble with the expander not lining up, and a phone call got me in (with a smile) to have someone correct and they sent me home with a new tool. Seriously cannot say enough about this practice, and that is with a nervous 7 year old who now loves going.

Dr. Depew’s is very comfortable. In an environment that’s normally very sterile, you feel at-​home. There’s a coffee machine and comfy chairs, as well as a theatre for the kiddos.
What impressed me even more than the environment was the staff! Every single person who introduced themselves shook my hand and looked me in the eye. When I met with Dr. Depew and his assistant, he patiently answered all my questions and offered me a couple options to let me choose.
I’m looking forward to working with this office over the next couple years (potentially) while I have all my work done. More updates to come!!!

My son goes to this practice and we really have enjoyed his experience with braces so far. Dr. Depew is really super nice! My son likes the practice and enjoys his free Otis Spunkmeyer cookies or fudge pop after his appointment. They reward with points and the kids get cool prizes! It’s great encouragement for them to take care of their teeth!!! The staff has been nothing but nice and helpful every time we come.
I would recommend Dr Depew!!!
