I recently went to this Home Depot because I found what I wanted online and online it said that this store had several of these items. I got to the section where this item was supposedly located and couldn’t find it. An employee promptly asked me what I was looking for. She used her device and saw that there were several of these items on the shelf. However, after looking, we still couldn’t find it. She told me that she was going to get help and that she’d be right back. After waiting 5 to 10 minutes, I started looking for the employee. I couldn’t find her. On my way to check out without that item, I saw that employee helping someone else. If you do not know the answers to my questions please do not waste my time by telling me that you’re going to find help.

.I love this store. Hidden behind Toys R Us but it is great store. Lots of friendly orange aprons and not too busy so you can shop easily.

Bought doors for installation from this place a month in advance so they could be installed prior to our furniture delivery for our basement. The doors weren’t ready until the week of furniture delivery, and then we were put on a «cancellation» list for the installer– after calling them 3 times to confirm a time. Won’t EVER use this location again. Customer service is terrible– don’t waste your time.

Went to Home Depot this morning to purchase bug/termite spray and painting tape. I went up to the cashier at 10:50am in front of the paint section. I had a Home Depot card with $ 1.44 balance. I told the cashier I would use the HD card and pay for the difference. She put the card through and then told me to hit the red button. I wasn’t sure if it was right since the red button said«cancel.» I said, «Do you want me to push the cancel button?» Very rude and irritated she said, «Red button please(twice).» Okay, I pushed the red button and then paid the remaining balance. She just turns away from me. I said, «Can I please have a bag.» She said, «For these items?» Duh!!! What was I suppose to do carry it on my back or shoulders? Then with a serious attitude she turns around to get a bag. Home Depot is around the corner from my house, but I would must rather spend my hard-earned money with workers that treat me right. Seriously considering saying Bye-Bye to HD after that hateful treatment.

This is by far thee worst Home Depot in Atlanta. Everytime i come here there’s a problem especially from Kasha the sales associate that like to play a Manager!(HAVESEVERALSEATSAMATEUR) SHENEEDSTOBEFIRED she also lies to the manager about the itemes being used when you can clearly see that they are in their original packaging. These people won’t do a store credit without a receipt ONITEMSTHATARESTILLINTHEIRSEALEDPACKAGE !!! Isn’t that the whole purpose of a store credit? if you don’t have your receipt.. This is crazy to me. Out of all days that i have returned items to this location without a receipt, they wanna act brand new. I will most definitely reaching out to the VP and regional manager for this particular store. And i hope they take their views seriously. Don’t visit here!!!

Been doing some home improvement projects lately so I’ve been to a few different Home Depot and Lowes locations in the area. This was the worst by far. The only employees in the store were by the register and when asked for help they seemed uninterested in helping me. I literally wandered the store without finding any assistance for over 15 minutes. There are many choices in the area for home improvement. I suggest going somewhere else.

As a child, my Dad would take me with him to the Home Depot every Saturday morning. I have fond memories of being dragged around the power tools and being quizzed in the drill bit area. At age 9 I knew the difference between Dewalt and Ryobi, I could break down measurements in my head and I saw the magic in what a single piece of wood could some day be. Even now as an adult, I treasure the moments I had with my Dad and smile whenever I walk in to the Home Depot today. Lowe’s may be right across the street like some school yard bully. They may try to compete with the ambience of Home Depot and their prices but nothing says home improvement like an orange apron and a smile.
