I would say I eat here at least once a week. I have a I have a gluten intolerance and they are very careful with the handling of my food. Their teriyaki is gluten free. The salon teriyaki is easily my favorite menu option. My son devours their gyozas. My son loves to eat here. Food is delicious! The staff are always friendly and know my order my heart! Always have extra sauce for free too!

Friendly staff, great food! I’ve had almost everything on the menu and enjoyed it all. I come in so much that they know me by name now! This is a good place to eat. Generous portions at modest prices in a convenient location! Try it out! You won’t regret it

I think john and Jocelyn are awesome. Always fast and good service. Idk what it is about their teriyaki sauce but it’s sooooo good! I have to get my teriyaki grill fix at least a few times a month.

My daughter and I really like the grilled teriyaki salmon but we are so tired of listening to the kid of who we assume are the owners constant crying and the husband and wife bickering. It’s a place of business. If I’m paying $ 30.00 for 2 meals I’d like a little peace please!

Very good rice, ok meats(have had way better in other teriyaki places), nice server, but I just cannot get past the inedible nasty vegetables– many cooked beyond recognition!(with a few better ones on the top to hide them) They smelled putrid! I really wish it was a better meal as their menu had some interesting things to try in the future… But with vege like that… nope…there are many better options closeby!

The location in Pasco is great, but I’ve eaten at the Kennewick one twice and regretted it both times. It’d been over a year since last time I came in so I thought it was worth another shot. No. Chicken teriyaki has no flavor. Vegetables are also bland and floppy. Sisters yakisoba smells and tastes terrible. Out of the 7 of us, only my 10 year old sister was happy and she got plain fried rice.

Recently tried this place(within the last six months) and we’ve gone back at least five times! Friendly staff, great food– they are a bit slow sometimes, but it’s worth it because your food is super fresh. They have unbeatable prices and fantastic specials. We always go Thursday, because their special is teriyaki chicken and gyoza. Give this place a try!

This location is alright. I actually prefer the pasco location, which says a lot because I avoid pasco at all costs. I like the drive thru option, but the location is bad. Hard to get in and out of. But back to the food, it wasn’t anything I am excited about. It was a chicken teriyaki bowl, I’ve had better and I have had worse. Service was a bit slow but got me in an out in less than 30.

I was desperate for something healthy and quick for my picky child. We both had the chicken teriyaki on rice with the veggies(cabbage). I overheard another customer ask for brown rice, so next time I’ll know to order that. The chicken could be ordered two ways: dark or white meat; the server brought us a container of more teriyaki but I thought it was seasoned just right. Also on the menu was katsu and gyoza which I’ll try next time. It’s by no means a traditional Japanese restaurant, but it beats all of the quick junk food places priced similarly.

I was out in Kennewick for work from Seattle, and decided to try teriyaki grill for lunch. Great call on my behalf. Staff was welcoming, attentive and sincere. During my brief 37 minute lunch, more than a handful of returning customers come and left, some even greeted by name. The manager being pregnant and due in two weeks, still on her feet providing great customer service. By the way. Food was delicious, I enjoyed gyoza as an appetizer. Following up with a classic chicken katsu for an entrée. Fairly priced. I didn’t pay more than $ 13. Overall, clean, fantastic establishment and management. If I am ever in the area, I will return. (And they let me charge my phone)

Worst Asian food my husband or I have ever had. We both had Yakisoba noodles, and the sauce tasted exactly like Nutmeg. Just Nutmeg. Not exactly what you expect Yakisoba noodles to taste like. Also, barely any vegetables with it. On the positive side, the portions are large and the service was excellent. So sorry we didn’t like it, we really wanted too.

Great atmosphere. Great people. The chicken and veggies are fine. The kicker is the homemade family recipe teriyaki sauce. It is AWESOME! I have eaten at a ton of teriyaki places and this sauce by far is the best. Prices are great and I eat there on a regular basis.

Great service. Horrible food that I paid way to much for. Smelled like a vegetable and rice sauna. Pretty disappointed.

Awesome food and excellent service! Affordable prices too and great specials! This has to be one of my wife and I’s favorite places to eat. White meat chicken and gyoza is our regular dish and we don’t even have to remind the cooks because they always remember! The owners are always so friendly and make you feel at home(they’re so great remembering everyone’s names too). The atmosphere is great, the food is wonderful, tasty, and large portions. They also make their own teriyaki sauce and it’s delicious! The place is very clean, the staff friendly, and always busy because everyone knows it’s a really good place to eat!!! Mmm, all of the sudden I am hungry again! :) Absolutely one of our favorite places in town!!!

These guys really are top notch. I started going here back when they first opened. I lived in an apartment just down the street and they were so conveniently located on my way home from work. Every time I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and helped quickly. Everything is made to order so it can take a few minuets if you get anything deep fried(I suggest the egg rolls. Yum-o!) The Chicken Katsu is my fav. Breaded and fried to a golden crispiness then topped with katsu sauce(which is kind of like soy and teriyaki sauce mixed together) and served with rice and steamed veggies. The Yakisoba is nummy too. And if you are a fried rice fan, try the chicken fried rice. It’s a knock out.

First impression is the place seems very clean which is a huge plus for me. Employees seem very polite and inviting. The food Ive gotten was yokisoba chicken, and beef teriyaki and as a person with a gluttonous appetite I have to say that Im very impressed. Dinners where $ 6.99 and $ 7.99 respectively and tasted great with lots of noodles, cabbage, and meat. So far this is my new favorite place thats never overly crowded. Thumbs up for value!

Went right after open, which is generally a bad idea anyway, but I still would have expected better. The chicken and rice were okay, but the pork was overcooked and rubbery. Also, the triyaki sauce had little real flavor and they clean the tables with something that leaves a sticky residue.
