I love Dave and Busters! This one was a great one before it closed. The service was fine as far as I experienced. The games were good, but they close down at times because of the malfunction of the machines. The winning prizes were good too.

As a social worker, I bring the kids that I work with to D&B on special occasions. Today was my last trip. We waited 15 minutes to place our order. The food took an additional 20 minutes to arrive and it was cold. Our waiter said maybe 2 words to us the entire visit. We were not given silverware or napkins. We had to forage for napkins by the bar. Soft drinks are stupidly expensive. To add insult to injury, D&B has the nerve to add a «suggested gratuity» to the bloated bill. How is this place still in business? Someone call Undercover Boss.

Been here on three occasions and the last time left a sour taste in my mouth, I had the buffalo bar chicken the last two times however, I decided to try something new which was the salmon entrée that was overly salty and greasy I opted to have Mac and cheese which was floating in cheese and very bland, and my brother had The Philly burger which did not taste like anything … Very displeased! On a more positive note the games are great and U are bound to have a good time! I’m giving this three stars only because the games are great and because the chicken was good. Enjoy!

First time here about a few weeks ago. The mall that this place is located in is pretty empty. Actually the whole parking lot/garage was empty until you got to the Dave and Busters. I’ve never been to a D&B, but this was fun. I don’t really play video games anymore, but it was fun playing all the games and then getting tickets. Felt like a kid again. This is definitely the adult version of Chuck E Cheese, but better. I love their ‘store’ at the end where you can cash out your tickets for different prizes. I want to come back again!

The only reason this place gets 4 stars is because of the arcade. Food is not good at all so don’t even bother eating here. Grab some fast food or something, trust me, it’s better than their food. The arcade however is quite something. They have the newest arcade games, driving/racing simulators, 3D rides, and my personal favorite, a claw machine! I’ve won so many plush from that machine, it’s not even funny. Tickets are fairly easy to win and you can trade them in at this giant store-like prize area. But, this is an arcade, so bathrooms are atrocious, floors are dirty, there’s a lot of running/screaming children, and staff can be quite rude. Come on Half-Price Wednesdays or else you’ll find yourself spending a lot for a bouncy ball, two Air-Heads and a plastic ring.

first and last time: Worst experience ever! Plans to watch the Bellator fight were hampered by a 11:15 pm last call for food and drinks due to a HS prom after party. We could only gained access to the show room at 11:45 due to another private party. After the Bellator PPV fight we left D&B only to be trapped in the mall for 20 minutes. We left though the employee exit on the third floor and had to walk down three flights and around the mall to get back to our car parked at the front D&B entrance. Confusing, no? Yes, we were not charged $ 25 but for all the hassle it wasn’t worth the«discount». Perhaps better signage for parking explaining lock out times would help. And btw, you have a mouse in your showroom.

It’s one of those regretful moments where I had an insanely busy week and I did not check Unilocal prior to booking my son’s 10th birthday here. We booked a party in a semi-private area for almost 25 people. We were supposed to meet the manager upon arrival to get our game cards(for the guests). Our party was supposed to be 2 hours long. When we arrived it took about 20 minutes for the manager to show up to greet us. Although the manager was nice, the service was horrible. It took 30 minutes for them to set the food up and we were only assigned one waitress who clearly looked over-worked. There was no one keeping track of refills, cups, empty trays. In two hours I had to personally ask other waiters and staff members to find someone who can help us(at least half a dozen times). The place did not look that busy. Most of the staff members I came across looked tired, not-so-friendly, and/or not interested in greeting anyone. It was depressing. Each time we asked for something, it took over 10 – 15 minutes for items to arrive. It felt like a bad sitcom. The quality of food was just as good as frozen boxed foods. Just awful. Our party was equally divided between children and adults. Although children enjoyed their time in the play area, the adults were just surprised at the lack of service and horrible quality of food. The two hours cost us almost $ 700 for incredibly slow and poor service and bad food. At the end I told the manager I am ready to settle the bill. He took the money and told me he will come back with my change. He was gone for over 25 minutes. I think they should change the name to «Dave is Busted».

I come here every year for my birthday, but this time we came here because a friend of mine was visiting us. We just wanted to eat something fat and greasy, so what a better choice than burgers. Food quality was not very good. My philly burger almost did not have any philly flavor and my friend’s original burger was ok. My wife ordered salmon and she said it was ok, but it was over condimented. We also ordered some drinks. For the ladies, a margarita and a long island ice tea and for me just a beer. They liked their drinks so drinks were ok. Service, our server was very kind and constantly checking on us to see if we were ok. I can’t complaint. Environment is always nice. Nice touch in decoration and what I love are the fans in the cealing, I think their mechanism is interesting. Overall, this is a nice restaurant and if you like arcades this is your place. However, in food choice, I think their are better choices around the aerea.

Food was horrible! So a few years back I had a very bad experience with the service, I go back now and service has improved but the food tasted like my 7 year old made it! Spinach dip was great Steak was dry flavorless and very over priced! The server Jana was nice at first but after i asked for mayo and ketchup she got an attitude! The potatoes were dry and over cooked the steak was like rubber and on too of the the chick has an attitude! Management please head my advice hire new cooks, make the food taste as good as it looks in the pictures and please show your servers some etiquette!

I’ve been going to D&B White Flint since it opened. A few short years ago, I moved to Baltimore. I figured I’d come down here and go shopping at the mall and then play some games at D&B. WHATHAPPENEDTOWHITEFLINTMALL? IT’S GONE! That left me with no choice but to go straight to playing games. It seems that D&B moved away from the adult theme and towards the children market which seems more logical in the first place. D&B serves bar food which I’ve eaten in the past has been mediocre but the last two times I’ve spotted others eating salads that looked great. As far as the whole experience goes, there is room for improvement but if you think about it, there really isn’t much competition in this arena. If you want to go play some midway games or have a boardwalk experience, well, you have pretty much have to come here or go to the boardwalk. That’s why I’m giving it a 5-star for the games.

The ONLY reason I took off two stars is because the food is horrible. The drinks taste good but they arnt strong. Positive: the games are great!!! Regardless if you have your little ones it’s you and your buddies, you’ll have a blast. I love all their virtual games that are realistic. There’s even a 3D game. Super easy to win tickets! BOTTOMLINE: I love this place!!!

This would be a 2.5 because of the arcade. The game playing was excellent and this place is still a very well put together concept. I know I shouldn’t have ordered a salad, but I wasn’t in the mood for a burger or a sandwich. But the parmesan crusted chicken caesar salad was pretty awful. The chicken was obviously cooked a few hours, if not a day, before. The salad was dressed long before it was served to me. The lettuce was soggy croutons were soaked and the chicken was as chewy as an old shoe. Our waiter was very friendly and brought our drinks very quickly. It is pretty shocking to walk through the mall with only 4 or 5 places open. Perfect setting for a zombie movie.

I’ve always heard that this place is like a Discovery Zone/Chuck E Cheese’s for adults; I came here for a birthday get together. The menu items were not that extensive, but the following were ordered: Crusted Chicken Parmesan salad, Shrimp Platter, and the Sirloin topped with Gorgonzola. I wasn’t a fan of the salad as it didn’t taste fresh, and the chicken did not have the ‘crust.’ The fried shrimp were delicious, and I definitely liked their ‘sweet chipotle’ sauce. The side of fries were good, and I would probably get this dish if I were to come back. Each entrée came with a game card, and the ‘Midway’ itself had old-school games like Ms. Pacman and Donkey Kong, to Trivia, coin toss, and other arcade games. I did end up getting a stuffed Domo toy and three erasers for my collection, so it was good! :D It was an interesting experience and I’m glad I was able to finally check out Dave & Buster’s! +fried shrimp +‘sweet chipotle’ sauce +Ms. Pacman +Donkey Kong +Domo prizes

Time to finally write a review for Dave & Busters. So you first come in through the White Flint Mall entrance, walk up to the third floor and you will hit Dave & Busters. When you walk in, there is the cash registers where you can buy tickets. Usually you can find a $ 20 for $ 20 coupon on their website. Basically you buy $ 20 worth of tickets and get $ 20 more tickets. We tried using this on a Wednesday and they said they couldn’t take it since games are half price anyways, I guess you can still try, doesn’t hurt. Oh that reminds me, HALFPRICE on WEDNESDAYS! Awesome right? So I’ve been here on a couple of Wednesdays. There are some pretty fun games however I love the coin game where you put coin in this machine and try to knock the other coins off the ledge to get tickets. Last time I was here I got 4k tickets in about half an hour, so if your motive is to get tickets, you should play this game. Another thing I like is the grabbing game. This past time I was here I got three pandas, a D&B ball, and a green stuff animal. Pretty cool right? Anyways, I’m a girl, so I like playing really simple games that give me tickets and or stuff animals. Oh my god, I have so many stuff animals from here. I think this place is pretty fun. Except, when a machine breaks, its kind of hard to find a person to fix it. Also, the food takes forever to come… so order early if you get hungry. They also make you pay upfront when you order so you can’t just walk off… I wanted to get another big stuff animal, but their prizes when I was there sucked… So I’m going to save my ticket and go to another D&B.

D&B is basically an adult version of Chuck E. Cheese due to the wide variety of games and the fact that they serve with beer and liquor. I’ve frequented this location several times in the past and vaguely remember an age limit enforced after 10PM or so – but during my recent visit last week, the age limit must’ve been lifted because there were kids running around everywhere. There’s nothing to rave about when it comes to the food and there’s also an MD beer tax and 16% gratuity enforced to every drink you order. I didn’t realize I double tipped for my tall glass of beer until I looked at my receipt. It’s not the type of place where you hang out and drink since there are underage kids everywhere, but it’s typically a fun time regardless and it’s something different to do in the DMV area.

Food is ok, and the games are a blast. Best deal is to get the power card while you eat. Cuts your meal price back to $ 5-$ 6. We did have a couple issues with games and the service tech, Trey(sp?), was on top of things. Customer service is a big part of what brings me back to places, and they did fantastic. I’d go back.

I love Dave and Buster’s and it is a great place to enjoy playing video games and drinking a few cold one. I am not really a fan of this location because not much else to do inside this mall. I do come here most times since it is the closest location to my house. The bar has plenty of drink choices which is a bonus for me. Plus Stella is on draft! Tip: the tip is automatically added to your receipt.

I’d visited this Dave & Buster’s(in the White Flint mall) in fall 2011 and have also visited other Dave & Buster’s locations in CA and NY. I visited again in May 2013 with my bf and some friends. It was my bf’s first time at a Dave & Buster’s and we had a good time. It was the first time I actually ordered a drink at D&B, and since we didn’t eat the food there, the experience this time was a lot more enjoyable. We played Pacman, mini-bowling, the horse racing game, and a gigantic game of Connect 4! It was pretty exciting :) And in the end, we had enough tickets to get a shot glass and 2 plastic sparkly bracelets(he joked that that’s the first piece of jewelry he’s gotten for me hahahaha). All in all, a very fun night at D&B! The only annoying thing was that they were shutting the whole place down at midnight for a private event, which we didn’t find out about until we rode all the way to this place. Rumor has it that they’re shutting this location down… I certainly hope they don’t!

Dave and Busters Bananas Foster Pie Where in the world do I begin. This has to have been one of the most delightful flavor combinations to ever hit my palate. A scrumptious explosion of flavors was released in my mouth with each spoonful of the creamy delicious banana pudding mixed with the slight crunch of the graham cracker shell, along with the perfect amount of banana rum sauce and fresh sliced bananas. My taste buds were jumping for joy as I savored every delicious spoonful of this heavenly dessert. After I was done, I was stuffed, however I wanted to ask them for more to keep the delicious party going. I entertained my tastes buds at Dave and Busters White Flint Mall location(11301 Rockville Pike, Kensington, MD20895 * Phone: 301−230−5151). Dave and Busters description of Bananas Foster Pie Our version of a New Orleans classic. Chilled layers of banana pudding and vanilla butter sponge cake in a cinnamon graham pastry shell, layered with banana rum sauce and topped with freshly sliced bananas and warm caramel. *if you want to visit this location you better hurry because from what i understand the mall it is located in will be closing soon.
