It’s always nice to see an old favorite when you’ve been on the road for two weeks. You expect brand consistency, and that’s what you get. This Five Guys was right on. The food was perfect and the staff was super friendly. This location was right across the street from the resort I was staying in (Parrot Key) which made it very easy to get dinner here one night and bring it back to the room and hang out.

The best burger I’ve every had and fries to boot.
Since I’ve had Five Guys burgers my bar has been raised and there aren’t many gourmet burger joints that meet the taste and burger experience like Five Guys does.
The fries are fantastic.
The restaurant ambiance is perfect as well.

I want to give a shout out to the young lady working today with the tattoo on her neck, she is a good worker as well as helpful. It was a nice change to go into a place in the Keys that was CLEAN! A good team they have here as well as good food

Every time we eat here the employees are super nice and polite. The restaurant is always clean. And the burgers and fires are always fantastic! For fast food this is a great place to eat a meal.

O cardápio é simples, sem muita variedade, mas os lanches são deliciosos, muito melhor que as gigantes do fast-food. Isso se aplica também à porção de batata frita que além disso é bem bem generosa.
Nos hamburguers você também pode adicionar os molhos que quiser sem custo adicional.
Definitivamente não é um local para quem procura comida saudável com baixas calorias, é sim um lugar para ser feliz e além disso pagar barato por isso tudo.
Os funcionários aqui são simpáticos e cordiais.
Há um painel onde você ou seus filhos podem deixar uma mensagem, desenho, etc., deixe um, é legal ver que há pessoas de várias partes do mundo visitando esse mesmo local, distante de grandes centros como Miami, Orlando, etc.

When you were attending a wedding, it did not matter whether or not it is a chain or not, you were kinda struck going to wherever the bride and groom wanted to go have dinner. At least Five Guys was better than IHOP for the other night. This Five Guys seems bigger than the other ones I have been to in other states. The floor was super greasy and slippery here for some reasons, possibly bad hygiene problem. The parking lot was rather crazy all day long, the car just did not want to stop, and maybe it was due to all of the tourists in town, including myself.
The burgers were better grilled here and fries tasted about the same with that peanut oil scent. They did gave us a lot of fries, so this is not one of few Five Guys that skim out on you. Aside from having bad shoe smells after the meal, it was like all the other five guys I visited except they actually had guys working in this store while the other ones I go back home had mostly girls working.

Walked in to some awesome music. Every person dining in was happy to be there. Walked up to the counter and was greeted warmly with a smile. Got my number and sat and waited. All the guys making the burgers were communicating and happy to be there. The guy with the ketchup and mustard even threw the bottles up in the air and caught them upside down and continued squirting the condiments on the buns. Didn’t miss a beat! Made for some good entertainment. I forgot to say I wanted Cajun fries so I had to interrupt the groove and the man on the fry station was so nice and understanding with my mix up. Finally my number was called, and another man handed me my bag, smile on his face, and told me to have a great night so sincerely. I have never ever had a bad experience. Great burgers. Great food. Great atmosphere. I love this location and this one alone. Thank you to those guys that were working tonight for giving me an awesome experience!

Food was great and the manager from Boston was very friendly to my wife and I. Highly recommend. Manager made small talk to a guy like me from Colorado and made us feel at home.

Outstanding fat burgers that will throw instant inches on your waistline. The chain should change it’s name to «Grease Trap». When you walk in, you can literally feel, and smell the grease in the air.
They were all greeting us when we walked in, and even stopped in a few minutes after we were seated to see if we needed anything else.
Here you need to do One of two things… Order big! Or go Home!
