DISCRIMINATORY!
I have a service dog. I looked at two properties and was ready to put in my application for one of them. I was told I had to show a «certification» proving my dog was a service dog. There is no such thing required by state or federal law. I informed her of this and she proceeded to argue the point with me. What they did is illegal and if this simple thing is how they do business I shudder to think how they conduct other business.

we hired cloud real estate to rent our house. the lady that came out to survey our home was nice and professional. however it was everything else that made me not want to recommend cloud.
1.we sent them pictures of our home that they never posted, despite numerous calls
stated that there would be private showings in 3 months when we were ready to rent then. again wouldn’t change the information despite numerous calls.
i only have two complaints but i wasn’t going continue business when we couldn’t get the basics right.

This has been the worst rental experience of my life. First of all, the maintenance staff is completely incompetent. If you need a repair, GOOD LUCK. Our garage door broke the week we moved in. It has now been A YEAR, and it is still broken. We have asked several times for this problem to be solved. After dodging our calls and giving us the run around, they sent one technician out. He had no idea what he was doing and said he would be in touch. We never heard back. We are overpaying each month for a house with a two car garage, which we have never had the pleasure of using. I am completely disgusted by their lack of care on this issue. Secondly, our home owners are extremely nosy and make frequent drive bys past the house and report back to the agency. I find it sad that my husband serves his country in the U. S Army and we can’t even live in peace, nor be trusted with a home. My husband and I have referred friends and said nothing but kind words about Cloud Realty, and received nothing in return. We have been ignored, harassed, and now this morning they told us we have 30 days to vacate the premises because «the owners want to sell the property».
