I’ve been visiting this location for years and have had many mixed experiences… I figure they average out to 3 stars. It’s true a couple employees can be a little grumpy sometimes and there’s one guy that’s worked there quite awhile but still seems to not have it all together. However, the main lady in charge, Ms. Debbie I think, definitely knows her stuff. Bring your test water in that is less than an hour old since collection for the most accurate testing. They give you a print out and keep record of your tests and what’s been needed-​kinda the medical history of your pool water! I like that they have coupons that you can get sent to you in the mail and email. I usually like bringing my kids in here since that’s when we’re treated the best, the lady is super sweet with my kiddos. I still refer people here even though the friendliness of staff is hit or miss.

Attempted to purchase an item with a valid bar code listed on my phone. Customer service attempt to insert code savings of $ 10.00 wouldn’t validate coupon despite valid on my phone. Additionally stated sorry can’t help, had to pay full price since item not available in town. However last time coming here for pool items!

All Leslie’s are expensive, but at least most have helpful service. Not this one — just grumpy people who don’t care about their customers (and that’s AFTER you wait in line to speak to them). Multiple visits to this Killeen location convinced me to visit other Leslie’s locations instead. Good riddance.
