Always so rude. talks down to me like I don’t matter. Will never go here. That is horrible customer service. The hours are inconvenient as well.

5 years later — I stand by my statement. Great people — great dentistry. It just does not get any better than this. I have been a client for over 20 years and highly recommend them.

While the work performed was decent, I have to say I’m disappointed with the business practices at this office. Pundt Family Dentistry does not make it a practice to call insurance agencies to check on benefit status before performing a procedure. I paid three times what I was quoted after the procedure, only to learn that the billing clerk didn’t check with my insurance company to find that my benefits were maxed out for the year. In that same bill was a charge from 2008 for a procedure that «got lost». This charge was two years old before I learned of it. In addition to the bad business practices, I have a problem with the fact that when a patient goes in for conscious sedation, they require a responsible adult to stay the entire time the procedure is happening, and yet they give the patient instructions knowing they will not remember a word that is said. Overall I am very disappointed with this dentist practice.
