While the dentist are great and the office staff is friendly. There billing practices are kind shady.

Definitely a new feel to the office! My daughter has been a patient for the past two years of Kool Smiles/​Resolution Dental and I decided to keep this appointment for her despite my precious terrible experience. I’m glad I did! I was at fault getting stuck in a meeting at work and then getting stuck in traffic and was almost 10 minutes late to the appointment. The front desk, when I called, was cordial and allowed me to keep the appointment. When we arrived, we had to fill out paperwork and my daughter played in their play area (a great asset to have in any office space). The dental hygienist was very sweet and talked to my daughter to keep her preoccupied. The dentist herself was also very down to earth and talked to my daughter as if she genuinely cared about what a 3 yr old had to babble about (unlike previous dentists at the office that seemed to be aloof). We already scheduled her next routine cleaning because I’ve decided to stick with them for my daughter!

I had to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time just to be seen for my biannual checkup. The new paperwork is excessive and repetitive. Half the forms could be eliminated!

I’ve been here three times and I can’t say better things about my experience. It’s not just the quality of work done, that alone is reason enough to come here. It’s the people that make this place great. Everyone from the people working the front desk to the people working on your teeth, everyone here is not only knowledgeable but extremely friendly and accommodating. They’ve gone so far as to let me borrow a set of ear buds after I forgot my headphones. Although they were pink, I couldn’t have asked for better attention than that.
Sarah, Carey, and Emily not to mention the rest of the staff have made every visit an absolute pleasure and that’s coming from someone who was not excited about dental work. Every time I’ve left my teeth feel amazing and clean. Awesome!
