I am a local wedding photographer and I stopped in to Lake Street Diamond Company to get my bride’s ring cleaned for her wedding day. She was getting ready down the street at the Heathman and I had some time so I went to make sure her ring was spectacularly clean. In the process the jeweler noticed quite a few of her stones were loose.
When I explained she would be getting married in just a few hours and then be heading to Maui, he took the ring and tightened all the stones as a wedding gift to the bride and groom! He knew that the integrity of his work and attitude about great jewelry was the most important thing in that moment and I was so grateful! The bride was impressed with how beautifully clean and polished her ring looked and didn’t need to worry about losing stones in the Pacific Ocean!

Excellent Jeweler. Found a nice pair of amethyst earrings there for a good price, and my girlfriend loves them. Also had a ring sized. Brought it in on a Monday, and they had it ready by her birthday on Wednesday. Excellent service, highly recommended!

I’ve lived here for 15 years and have driven by Lake Street Diamond Co. in the heart of Kirkland for all of that time without stopping in. Well, I have wanted my grandmother’s pearls re-​strung for years and there it was… a sign on the front of LSDC promoting a pearl special. Fortuitous? I’d say! I wasn’t buying pearls, however, this is a full service jeweler and not only were my pearls re-​strung to perfection, but the care and attention to detail the staff offered was exceptional.
I also brought in a pair of aquamarine earrings. I wanted advice on changing their friction backs to an omega clip mounting. After spending an amazing amount of time with me, I was kindly offered a very simple solution. By readjusting the direction of the earring post and adding an updated silicon friction back, my 20+ year old earrings are new again… at no charge and with amazing grace and consideration.
