Last minute walk in. I received a classic mani and pedicure service. To my surprise, I can honestly say I really enjoyed the services I received there. New owner, but the service were very nice. Wanda did a superb job on me. Very nice and professional. Thanks ladies. I will be back.

I’ve got big pores and a lot of blackheads. I requested a facial focused on this issue. Because I have a lot of congestion, extractions take a long time. Estheticians I’ve seen before have not been willing to clear out everything, because it would take too long. Donna went the extra mile. She did an amazing job. My face hasn’t been this fresh since I was a kid! Feels great. Love it! I’ll be back.

I agree with Janet M. that Donna is fabulous! I visited Lotus Salon and Spa for the first time last week to receive four services. Male and female friends have been telling me for years how relaxing and nurturing their mani/​pedis were and it was just something I didn’t have any interest in for all those years. Wanting to break through my stubborn resistance and societal judgments against men getting treatments like this I decided to just book an appointment. I scheduled a sports manicure, sports pedicure, fitness facial and back facial. Donna did all the treatments and she made it very relaxing from the moment I got there until the moment she finished. I was worried about being the only man there and while I was, it just wasn’t a big deal. I particularly enjoyed the manicure/​pedicure room as it was set away from the street. Who likes a «fishbowl» manicure/​pedicure?, as Donna mentioned. I agree and this environment was definitely more relaxing. I don’t have anything to compare it to as it was my first manicure, pedicure, and facial. The facial was incredibly relaxing. Donna gave great service and it was worth every dollar spent. I also liked that they had a special package for men, which was cool. I have a sensitivity to citrus and Donna made sure that everything she used on me was citrus-​free, which was awesome. The parking right in front of the spa is 2-​hour parking but if you are getting more services I would park across the street near the Wendy’s where the parking is 4-​hours. I’m not sure where one would park if getting services lasting longer than 4 hours. To have 3 hours and 45 minutes of treatments for the price I paid it was extremely reasonable! Thank you, Donna, for helping me break through my fear of going to the spa! I will definitely be back and enjoy every minute of it!

Donna is fabulous! She works miracles with severe nail problems! After 5 months of chemo, all my nails fell off below the quick. I only had about a ¼ inch of new nail above the cuticles and they were irregular, bumpy and UGLY. Donna used silk and gel and created short lovely nails! I couldn’t believe she could do such a great job with so little nail. I am so happy! One less issue to deal with during a time of many challenges.

Donna & staff are talented, kind and extremely accommodating. The environment lends for complete relaxation and is very neat and clean. They offer great services with wonderful machine care options for in-​depth skin care consultation.

i went for my first ever facial today at Lotus Salon & Spa. It was an impulse kind of thing (my skin has always been bad, but it’s been driving me crazy lately) and I was inexplicably anxious about it. There was no reason, the whole experience was wonderful. I saw Kelli for my facial, and she was friendly, informative, and skilled. The room I was in was quiet and cozy and comfortable, nothing glamorous but still quite nice. The facial itself was great! Granted, it was my first ever facial, so I don’t have a basis for comparison, but it was every bit as relaxing as a massage (after all, it included face, scalp, arm, and hand massage… I literally dozed off at one point) and at the end not only did my skin look and feel better than normal, but I also got some great tips on changes I can make to my routine at home.
I will definitely be back!
Tip: You can book your appointment online! So if you’re like me, and only remember you want to schedule something around 11:00 pm, this is perfect.

The FOOT TREATMENT!!! OMG! It was fabulous. I felt GREAT afterward, all over! lotion, warm booties, massage… ahhhhhh. The spa is easy to get to, great parking, a really nice stop before going out in Kirkland. Also, best SHELLAC EVER!!! Those ladies are total professionals! Can’t go wrong.

I was visiting here from California. I was in the neighborhood and decided to drop in with my family. The people here are the most honest and nicest people ever!

I would def come to this place again just because the people who work there are so nice and sincere. Prices are very reasonable, they offer an abundance of services.

I recently moved to the area and was looking for new place to get mani/pedi’s. I found Lotus on Unilocal and have not needed to go anywhere else. It’s very relaxing and the staff is very friendly. My shellac nails look amazing. It’s clear they care about their clients and getting things right.

The best Spa pedicure I’ve ever had! They also do shellac on fingers and toes (can’t wait to try). But the next big treat for me — they do gorgeous eyelash extensions! The staff talk only to you, not to each other in another language. And they give you your slightly higher money’s worth!

I decided to treat myself with a visit to Lotus and opted for a package deal: massage, body scrub, pedicure.
The massage was fantastic, the body scrub was good and the pedicure was perfect.
My biggest problem throughout my appointment was the ambiance. It was loud — I could hear people talking during my massage and it was distracting. Also, as I was waiting in the lounge between my sessions, someone brought their dog in and walked it all over the place. It made me question the cleanliness of the place. If it weren’t for the dog, I would give this place 3 stars.
I’m not likely to return.

This new salon just opened in Kirkland, so my friend and I went. We got the European facial and the Swedish massage. It was wonderful. We were offered tea and/​or coffee when we got there and sat in the waiting room with relaxing décor and Enya playing softly in the background. For the facial, she walked me through everything and an hour passed in an instant. It was un believable how relaxed I was. Then the hour long swedish massage. Her name was Dana and she was wonderful. She had just the right amount of pressure and did a complete body massage, covering from toes to fingers to scalp. Overall the experience was refreshing and I highly recommend it for anyone who needs a day to relax or just pamper yourself.
