Large area carpets look good but did not help with the stains on the stair which came up when I scrubbed with dish soap and water by hand. Would not use again. Very disappointing.

The customer service is great. Eddie was fantastic and worked very hard. He even came out a second time to work on a couple of though carpet stains. However, the stains remained. Maybe these stains will never come out but for what I paid, I expected the stains to come out.
The carpets were free of cat hair and smelled great. I just wished the stains that were there before SS came by were gone after they left. The steps looked much better as well.
They definitely get an «A» for effort.
