We’ve used The Cleaning Authority since they first opened in Knoxville. The owners are very hands on and accommodating. We’ve never had any problems at all. What I like best is their rotation cleaning system. Each time they come, they put extra emphasis on a specific area like bathrooms. They take care of baseboards and other extra stuff that most cleaners miss or never get around to doing. For all that, the price compares well with other services. Would definitely recommend.

I have used their services to clean my house in west knoxville/​farragut area. They do a good job, are reasonably priced and the owner is very contentious. They do random quality checks on the people cleaning on a fairly regular basis which really helps with the quality level. Also being able to put a credit card on file and just have it automatically charge each week makes my life a lot easier. For my house its two people, and it usually the same though that has changed a couple of times. Usually it was because i requested a change in date or around the holidays.
