Visited 12÷4÷15 Love getting cards here. Good assortment with various themes and different price range. They also sell gift bags, wrapping paper, and whatever else you need to wrap gifts up. You can also buy last minute gifts here like puzzles, stuffed characters, candy, socks, baptism themes, glasses, and a variety of other stuff. They always sell holiday theme gifts. Displays are nicely done. You can’t forget their famous ornaments! Kinda pricey so I usually purchase right after the holidays when they are 50% off. Great time to buy stuff there is after the holidays! Many things 50% off! Gave only four stars because they greeted other people, but ignored us. Not the first time. The Hallmark store in the Glendale Galleria always greets me.

The return policy to the store is ridiculous. I received a present, it was clearly marked that it was from this store with the cost and everything on the tag. I went in to return it, as it was a gift they told me I need the receipt. She said I need to ask the person who gave it to me for the receipt, which is completely insulting to that person! So they did nothing for me, horrible customer service. I’ve been shopping at this hallmark for a while, now I will think twice before I walk in.

I came in one morning to get a birthday card for a friend that I was about to meet for breakfast. I was greeted when I entered, but it felt a little cold, not the friendly, «hi how are you!?» that I’m used to. I started to browse the cards, and the same woman asked again in her cold tone what I’m looking for. I said I’m just browsing. She said if I told her what I wanted, she’d take me directly to the section. I said THANKS, but I want to take my time looking. She proceeded to follow me as I shopped. I’m sorry, but I thought that was so rude. I finally grabbed a card that pleased me. I went to checkout, and my total was just under $ 5. I handed over my debit card. They apologized, but said they have a limit on cards, so I could either buy more things, or go get cash. I was STUNNED! It is not only the 21st century, but this is a Hallmark Shop. They have a big enough budget to accept debit cards!!! Luckily I happened to have a $ 5 bill in my car(which is very unusual for me) so I had to walk out to the car, grab the money, go back in, and wait behind the 5 people that all of a sudden showed up and got in line. Every minute the clock ticked was another minute I was going to be late for breakfast. My turn finally came. I slapped my money down, took the card, and left. I have to say… NEVERAGAIN.

They have a very good selection of everything here. Each time I come in I am greeted by friendly and helpful employees eager to help.
