Notice their bread is much thinner now than in the past. Very little meat and they fold it to look fuller. The picture on the display menu is technically false advertising. Made to order sandwiches from the Vons or Ralphs are much better for the same price. They throw in a lot of deli meats and cheese.

I order a platter, cookies and a couple of salads every month for a meeting I attend. I call in the order on Sunday and it’s always ready on time Monday morning. The sandwiches are tasty, and the customer service is A+. I’ve only experienced happy, helpful people here. Rev. Beverly Craig

Subway is subway. Pretty clean here. Only two designated spots but there are some other spots. Workers are pretty nice and it usually goes by fast. Small store but does the job. I usually get it not toasted so I can always eat it later.

This subway is pretty dank. The food tastes great. The workers are nice and not stupid. I eat here somewhat often, and I’ve never had an issue. I get the white bread footlong sub(no toasted) with ham with the typical lettuce, tomato, pickle, and olives stuff. Then I add in banana peppers and jalapeños. I must never forget to add the subway vinaigrette. Then I add Tabasco sauce for even more vinegar and spicy flavor. No cockroaches or boogers in my sandwiches so they do right by me. 5 ~

It’s Subway. Hard to give it more than 3 stars. The expectations are simple and they are met. Not much to say. The premises are clean. Parking is easy. The staff are present and doing their jobs. My «sandwich artist» was on the slow moving side. I was the only customer and not in a huge rush so I didn’t mind as I watched her mosey along. Like being at the post office. But at least the ingredients were evenly distributed and the whole thing stayed together. Sandwiches tasted good, as expected!

I occasionally come here weekday mornings around 8:30, so I can only review this shift. Polite girls. Friendly, fast service. It helps that there is most always nobody in line at that hour, and I don’t know why! It’s got a nice dining area, and nice lighting for us non-morning people, and plenty of seating. I also like that they also have some high bar-style tables and chairs. Parking is plentiful ever since the Starbucks closed, so that’s a plus!

This is the saddest subway I’ve ever been to, and trust me, I’ve been to plenty. Worst customer service ever experienced lmao the girls working there made it seem like they were doing me a huge favor by making the sandwiches I ordered. One employee, in particular,(made sure to remember her name) Vanessa… What a sad human being. Attitude all around, my sandwiches even looked sad. I asked her to put olives in the sandwiches I was ordering, and after she placed 3 olives on one, I asked for more olives and she rolled her eyes so hard, she probably saw the inside of her brain. There are 4 other subways in the la crescenta area and unless you enjoy being treated like the biggest burden in the world, avoid this place!

meh. the guy cut the roll unevenly so four little meatballs were lost in an oversized 6-inch roll that the counter girl crushed by wrapping it so tightly. if you want me to fill your tip box then fill my sandwich. add that tomato slice, don’t throw it back. and it’s christmas eve, for christ’s sake how about a smile or a merry christmas when we’re done?

Charming older lady here is so friendly and never makes our meals wrong. I previously hated this subway because of the manager here a few years ago but ever since she left I feel there has been a big improvement in customer service. Also a huge plus now that they accept orders through mobile app.

Customer service at this exact location is superb. I really appreciate the fact that they are open earlier than any other eatery in the foothills. They have pretty easy parking and this helps because of the location. *there’s a laundromat * for you multitaskers!

I’ve been here maybe a total of 5 times over the past couple of years. The food is great, like it always is at Subway. The customer service has been okay the past few times, nothing special, and that’s fine. Today, however, the woman that helped me was AWFUL and because of this visit, I am never coming back. I walk in and I notice in the back that the woman(who took my order) was talking to some man who was holding a baby. Who knows if she was playing with the baby on the clock before I walked in. She didn’t bother to wash her hands before greeting me, and when she acknowledged me, it was a rude, grouchy«what can i get for you??» that was in between conversating with her co-workers. I begin telling her what I want and before she puts her plastic gloves on, her nose becomes important and she decides to dig a finger in there for a second, right in front of me. If I hadn’t been starving because of the heat, I would have left. I decided to stay, knowing she’d put the gloves on, and finish ordering. She finishes my order and heads to the register. However, I can’t meet her there because her and two other girls are crowded around the register yapping about when paychecks come in. Are you kidding me? Talk about this another time, when you don’t have customers waiting to pay and LEAVE. She finally takes my card and hands me my food, while talking to her co-workers. Which of course meant she couldn’t be bothered to say bye or have a nice day. I would love to see her ServSafe certification that allows her to handle food.

I feel like all subway’s are the same. This one is close to home so i often go here. I do like the oven roasted chicken breast with everything on it — no cheese, no mayo. Tried the chipotle sauce they have, it’s pretty darn good. I just HATE how they go cheap on the lettuce and the veggies, how they put some on your sandwich then they ACTUALLY remove it. Or how they give you ONE damn napkin. Come on Subway — I know you can afford it.

Went there today, and I saw how awesome the owner was to his employees! It looked as though he was going some where for a while. He went around and gave each of the employees a good-bye hug or pat on the back. When he left one of the ladies at the register said he is so nice to them. I thought that alone deserved a great review.

I used to go here all time. Love Subway. This particular one however has let me down. I was there with my three year old son and he needed to use the restroom. I know they do not have public restrooms, but he is three and I visit this store at least three times a week. The manager said he could not help me by allowing my son to use their restroom. I was so disappointed. He should have made the one time exception. Their food is good, but their customer service needs work. :(

For the mere fact that it’s a Subway, food is not really reviewable unless you find like a hair or something in it — which I didn’t here. BUT, the customer service here SUX big time. The staff talk crap about the customers back in Armenian… and I don’t really look Armenian although I am so I could understand and they thought I couldn’t. So low… Id rather drive to next subway down the street, dime a dozen!

i luv subway. why? because as soon as you walk in, you smell that fresh baked bread… or maybe freshly warmed, lol. either way, this is my fav sandwich shop cuz it’s healthier than Quizno’s by far and is cheaper. i usually come here if i’m craving turkey breast w/avocado or a tuna melt. mmmm. OH! also they’re having a grand re-opening March 7&8, and they have coupons where if you get a 6″ sub, you can get another free, or you can choose to get $ 5 off a footlong. pretty good deal.
