Jeremy Vitell – Baird & Warner La Grange

I had the privilege of working with Jeremy Vitell with Baird & Warner. To start off I was in a bit of chaotic state. I was planning my wedding and prepping my other house for a baby and getting the house ready to sell! The house was in a bit of a «bachelor» state. It needed some repairs and updating in certain areas. Jeremy was helpful in so many ways. Jeremy is the social butterfly that you need when getting your house ready to sell. He had a business card for any profession you may need to fix big or small jobs. It was comforting to hear that «he knows a guy» that could fix any issue you may have. Jeremy was able to explain all the real estate mumbo jumbo in terms I could understand and was able to recognize the blank stare in my eyes when things were flying over my head. Not to mention the «apps» gadgets and web sites that were used to make the sale of my house go so smoothly! Towards the end when my nerves were worn thin (wedding, baby, taking care of two houses) it was good to hear Jeremy say «relax, take a deep breath, I’ll take care of it.» And he did! The house sold quickly and relatively smooth. I believe Jeremy could sell ice to an Eskimo. I would recommend Jeremy and I will likely use him when my wife and child start the process of looking for our «forever home»!!
