My daughter, who is now 17, has been seeing Dr. Parsons for about 5 years. My daughter had multiple serious health issues, and Dr. Parsons was always thorough in her own exams, but also in her referrals. Dr. Parsons also always made follow-up calls to me to check on how things were going. My daughter is also very comfortable speaking with Dr. Parsons. It’s a relief knowing that she talks to Dr. Parsons about issues that she might be uncomfortable speaking with«mom» about.

I brought my children to her multiple times. The first few times were OK and I didn’t think much of it(we were knew in the area, she was recommended to us, and I was desperate with a chronically sick and congested baby). We didn’t know what was wrong with our daughter. We always left with a ‘sorry just have to let it run its course nothing we can do”. Antibiotics for chronic ear infections etc. And that it was common for babies to be sick(we were there nearly every 3 weeks) I give her a two for 3 reasons 1. When she said she would call she never did(this happened twice once was when she sent us from an appt to an emergency room) 2. She was not proactive in my daughters care 3. After going to a GREAT Doctor I realize how poorly she serviced us. And when you call the on call doctor at the same clinic and he gives you advice that is almost contrary to what this doctor said to do and his advice WORKS then that is a good sign to move on. I would pass this Doctor up(should I mention the terrible parking and location too?)
