Amazingly delicioys food, fun atmosphere, helpful stuff. Highly recommend. Fun for dates, a quick lunch, family meals and much more. Great location.

Seriously don’t eat, order, look at, stop at, or pay any attention to this food truck. What horrible customer service. We were at Green Flash brewery and we ordered tacos. A guy walked up and bribed them with $ 20 to jump the line and get 20 tacos causing our order to be 45 minutes for two tacos. Sell your soul to the devil much? I hope you report that cash in your pocket to the boss buddy.

Puesto catered our recent wedding and did an excellent job. I looked into a ton of different catering options and catering was the hardest vendor to find. When we found Puesto we went with them right away. Their catering services are pretty new so not everything they offer will be outlined, but just ask and they can do almost anything that you need. Probably 90% of the guests who I talked to raved about the food. We offered the street cups as appetizers and it was such an interesting touch, which is a nice alternative to the usual appetizer food.

We got to try out a few food trucks at the sand sculpture event they had this last weekend, and this food truck stood out from the rest. We ordered the El Pastor Tacos and they were pretty horrible. First they got the order wrong, which was a bad sign as when you’re the only one in the line. Second, these tacos did not even closely resemble El Pastor tacos. They really were chicken enchiladas. They were covered in cheese. The enchilada sauce was super sweet so it tasted more like barbeque sauce than anything that should come out of a Mexican kitchen. Lastly, there’s no way this should have been street food. The one tortilla they were contained in disintegrated under all the heavy sauce, and this bright red bbq/enchilada sauce got everywhere.

The prettiest food truck on our freeways for sure! And the yummiest carnitas and tacos. Loved everything. The melted cheese is a very nice touch. The only con is that I found them rather small, so I end up spending more than i wish for ‘truck food’ just because they don’t fill me enough.

decided to skip the crêpe guys since the crepes were pre-made at petco park — bleh. came across the puesto stand and got to try out the chicken taco and the fruit cup with chili. i love that they melt the cheese and use fresh avocado. i asked if these were the usual size but they aren’t after i went to the actual location. they were much smaller at $ 4 a piece. but it’s the padres and you have to fork out more at the ball game!

Let me say the menu: carnitas, chicken, carne asada, potato & soy chorizo tacos, then fruit cup and drinks I tried all the tacos and the carnitas was really good!(easily four star good) the carne asada was pretty good, and the chicken and potato were just«eh”-good but when you consider price and what else is out there-not impressed. they were filling and flavorful i will say that and I would recommend off the carnitas alone. cost: 2 tacos 6.95, 3 tacos 8.95 bottom line: if its around or nearby for sure hit them up for the carnitas taco or maybe the carne asada– but Im not sure I would seek them out

Pretty good, pretty good. The guys operating the truck were very nice and supplied the food very quickly. While, I really did like the tacos, I though one of them(the chicken, I think… it was hard to tell which was which) needed something else. Also, the fillings they use make the tortilla really soggy and messy. Not a huge downfall, but a bit annoying when trying to eat it. The prices are a little… eh. They are really small tacos. I can see they are using some great ingredients but I can’t help but compare them to real Tijuana Mexican street tacos or Mexican food trucks(that roamed the streets before this current food truck craze). Street tacos are supposed to be really cheap eats. My bf ate all 3 and wasn’t full in the slightest. He considered them an more of an appetizer. Would I have them again? Yes, however, it’s not a food truck I would go out of my way to follow.

This food truck was at Petco Park last night and I just had to try it. It. Was. AWESOME! My husband and I tried one of each of the 3 tacos they were offering up: carnitas, carne asada, and chicken. The meat in each taco was wrapped in a crispy shell of melted cheese(YES!) and the accoutrements that accompanied them(say that ten time fast) were fantastic! This truck may very well now be my SD favorite! I do hope they are going to be a regular at Petco Park this year as Puesto is a nice alternative to the mundane ballpark lineup(double entendre intended).

Deliciousness. I had the cactus and zuke tacos. They were full of flavor, hot and fresh. I need to head to downtown lj to try the regular joint.

Amazing fresh and flavorful! Awesome Tacos, They melt the cheese then fill the cheese with meat and roll it all up. I tried the chicken al Pastor, Carne asada and pork. All 3 were great and I could not finish, so My boy helped me out. I cant wait to try other things on the Menu !
