I dropped off a prescription & goggles for my boyfriend who has a severe astigmatism. He was able to use his health savings account to pay for the lenses after checking with the IRS! The staff explained exactly how they would look once they were done so there would be no surprises, and agreed to ship them within a short time-​frame so we will have them in time for our dive trip to Indonesia. Excellent customer service, very friendly & nice people to work with. I left with a smile on my face!

My prescription dive mask arrived much sooner than I expected. I am very happy that their employee, Diana Blunt, contacted me regarding my specific request. She even used her own cell phone to send me pictures of a new arrival design. The prescription is perfect and the mask is beautiful. We are leaving to the Caribbean in a week and happy to have the new mask in hand!

We used Prescription Dive Masks for our trip to Hawaii and were very happy with the results. The prescriptions were perfect, probably as good as my glasses. The lenses were fitted to the full size of the mask, so that we had great visibility. It was also just a bit less expensive than getting the lenses through the store where we bought the masks. (It helped that we live in San Diego, and didn’t need shipping.) Linda Young is a delight to deal with, and clearly knows her craft. We were definitely satisfied.

What a pleasure to find a company they not only DOES what it says it will do, but exceeds! If there were. 6th star, they earned it.
We had a 10 day window to get the mask done and they did it. It came back clean, clear and PERFECT.
My wife Janice loves to dive and this will significantly enhance her dive experience. Now, if only I could get her to wear her glasses again and stop mumbling «more bottom time…»

I just received my second prescription mask from Prescription Dive Masks and am just as pleased with this one as I was with the first one. Their work is exceptional. I have had prescription masks from other optical labs and the quality did not come close to the masks that I now have. Some other labs are wholesale only, but you can work directly with this lab, eliminating the middle man who is not trained in optics. This will let you get it right the first time. I strongly recommend this lab for their knowledge, quality, and customer service.
