Sophia is a down to earth amazing women who runs her business like her clients are family! She has been in business a long time and is always doing her research on what’s the newest & best products to use. She keeps your skin looking amazing, fresh and young. If you don’t try Sophia’s you are missing out! I will never change where I go to stay looking young and beautiful! Her facials and microdermabrasion’s are my favorite. I started going to her two years ago, after I saw her on groupon and so glad I did! Her prices are good and I feel like family every time I walk in!

Worst experience with a salon I’ve ever had and I didn’t even make it through the door. I bought a microdermabrasion facial through Groupon and scheduled an appointment. When i showed up to the appointment, the salon was closed. When i called back to reschedule, the owner, Sophia, gave me the option for two morning appointments in the next two weeks. i told her that i work mornings til 2pm, instead of figuring out a time that will work for the both of us (their hours say that they are open til 5pm) or at least extending my Groupon voucher, she told me to figure it out. she was so ridiculously rude and inconsiderate that i decided to call Groupon and ask for a refund, which they did provided.

Do not use Elena for a hair cut. The second time she cut my hair, she insisted that it would look best cut short above my ears. I’m a woman, not a man. I hated the look on me but acknowledge that it was a good cut. I waited 9 weeks for my hair to grow in. I had an appointment, but she was outside in a heated phone call and didn’t take me until 25 minutes after my appointment time. I told her that my last cut was a good one, but I hated the style and was letting my hair grow. I said I only wanted it shaped. I told her that I hated short hair and wanted it long. She evidently paid zero attention to what I said, picked up her scissors and cut my sideburn short. I said, «Stop! What are you doing? I want to let my hair grow. Why are you cutting it so short?» She replied that it was too late, now she’d have to make the other side the same. I ended up with the same haircut I hated nine weeks before. Unless you want a short man’s haircut, I agree with Tess C. Run in the other direction. Don’t use Elena. She pays no attention to what you ask for.

Got a Mani/​pedi from Heather excellent job very professionally done. Old fashion in that she hand fills and carries the basin for your feet. The massage on the arms and feet was great! I am relaxed.

Run in the other direction! I wish I could give this place negative stars. The owner, Sophia, is quite possible the rudest person I have ever met. In addition, the «spa» is filthy and run down. There was nothing spa-​like about this place.
I purchased a groupon for a series of 6 microdermabrasions. This is the third groupon of this kind that I have purchased. The other salons I have used Groupons for, Lush Spa and Skin Boutique, were wonderful and CLEAN. Sophia’s is run-​down and filthy. I made an appointment to use my groupon. I arrive at the salon and I am not greeted by anyone., I have to wait for the owner to finish saying good-​bye to her family. When she finally acknowledges me, she was very rude. I knew right then this wasn’t going to be the relaxing spa experience I was looking forward to. Sophia proceeds to lecture me on how Groupon works. I explained that I am a frequent Groupon user and that I know how it works. At that point, she told me she did not like my attitude and refused to perform the service on me. This was a blessing because I was afraid I would get an skin infection with how filthy that place was. I have contacted Groupon to ask for a refund. If they do not comply, then this woman is a scam in addition to being rude. I wonder how many other Groupon customers she turned away. She collects the money then refuses to perform the service. What a low life she is. I strongly discourage anyone from using this place. If you are looking for a relaxing, professional salon experience this is not the place for you.

I am currently doing a series of microdermabrasion treatments with Sophia. She does such a great job and I am excited to be seeing results! She is a very nice lady and her prices are reasonable. Also, she is very accommodating to her customers; I have never had a problem reaching her or making an appointment and she has a lot of regulars who adore her.

First of all, this place is impossible to be reached. I must have called about 10 times within 2 hours trying to schedule an appointment. I had a Groupon for a facial and tried to make an appointment however the lady who I spoke with was very rude to me. Not only did she have an attitude but I didn’t even get a chance to finish asking all the questions as she already hung up the phone. She gave me a lecture on the cancelation fee like I was some dummy and then quickly hung up the phone. Just a FYI, this is a great way to lose clients and unfortunately I am one of them because I will NOT be going here ever.

i LOVE LOVE LOVE this salon. i kelly cuts my hair, she does a great job, every time. sophia does skin care, the facials are out of this world. friendly staff, i would definitely recommend this salon.
