James did an amazing job on my ridiculously cracked phone. He was extremely helpful & informative. If your phone is cracked I would definitely recommend you coming to him!

My phone had water damage and didn’t know what to do, I tried putting it in rice and it did no help, I work around La Mirada so i Unilocaled this place. When I went in and told the manager (Ji Won) about my problem he was very helpful in telling me what he can do, the price was so much reasonable than other places that I have already called in. After my phone got fixed since it was water damage, I had few more things to fix so i basically went in everyday to I felt sorry cause he had other customers too, but he was really nice and told me what will be the best choice, other places they just demand the price and but here at I Cracked they tell me whats is causing the problem. Any who I loved the service and the help that I got here.
They also have warranty on parts, (I believe excludes water damage devices) they register your phone so later on if you have any problem they fix it for you!
So far I have brought in my other phones to fix and they work GREAT!!!
I highly recommend this place!

Basic review. Dropped my iPhone 6. Shattered the screen. Found the closest place by my house which was also the cheapest and took my phone there. An hour later it was good as new and he even put a protective film on the glass and it has a warranty for screen issues. Not for you dropping it again though. Easy and painless process.

Besides owning the best mailing center in La Mirada, Los Coyotes Mail Center, Jim is now an expert in fixing cracked iPhone screens. His iCracked business is also located within the mail center. Jim was able to fix my wife’s shattered iPhone 6 screen in a little more than two hours. It came back working perfectly! He provided me with a reasonable price and threw in some extras. Thanks, Jim!

I Shopped around for a Repair shop to fix my iPhone 5s screen. His shop was near me, right on Beach Blvd, took me less than 10 min to get there. Jiwon was super friendly the second I walked in. He took my phone and started checking to see if there was anything else wrong with it besides a cracked screen. Everything looked good, he explained to me that it was going to take a little bit longer than usual because the corner of my phone was smashed in and he needs to straighten it before putting in a new screen.
