Five star all the way! Chef Jeff was incredible. He created a menu for a family vacation for 10, serving lunch, brunch, dinners and a cocktail party for 35. The food was OUTSTANDING and his service and professional demeanor were fantastic! Jeff was so flexible, accommodating and so easy to work with! We loved everything and would hire him again and again!

Chef Jeff has been nothing short of an absolute pleasure to work with. He is responsive, helpful, friendly and his pricing is extremely reasonable!
We had intended to hire Jeff to cater our wedding, but unfortunately our venue fell through, so we decided to elope instead and ended up not needing a caterer. But we got to the point of selecting our menu — all of his menu options look amazing, so it was a tough choice. Jeff even went so far as to suggest replacement venues for us in the area. He also gave me suggestions for local wedding planners and rental vendors — he obviously has a lot of knowledge to share!
The bottom line is that Jeff goes above and beyond!

My family recently hired Jeff to caterer a BBQ for approximately 40 people in Palm Springs. From the first moment i spoke to Jeff, I had zero worries. He is extremely responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I really had to only explain the type of event, the amount of people, and our style and Jeff handled everything else. For someone that was dealing with everything from NYC, Jeff took so much stress off of my hands. Then the day of the party — Jeff was kind, beyond professional and an amazing chef. My family is still raving about the food. His staff (kicking myself that i can’t remember her name) was also wonderful. Without question, I would highly recommend Jeff.

My wife and I were introduced to Jordan at a friend of our’s Halloween party and we thought his cooking was great, so great in fact we askee him to cater our Christmas party for 40 people!
He took a lot of the stress out of planning a party for that many people away. We ordered 2 prime ribs, mixed vegetables, and mashed potatoes. I found him to be very professional over the phone, and his food came on time, hot, and delicious!
I will continue to use chef for all of our catered events.

Several of my friends recommended Jeff and they were right!!! He did such a great job! The food was amazing!!! He is very professional and personable and took care of everything. His services made our evening a memorable one and we will definitely use him again and recommend him to friends as well!

Consumer Beware. Gave him a deposit to cater a wedding. Once the venue he arranged canceled having weddings he refused to refund the money despite all other parties properly refunding my deposit in full. Still waiting for my refund. Very poor communication. Just be careful.

We engaged Jordan’s Creative Catering Concepts for my company’s Christmas party for 80 staff members. The entire process working with Chef Jeff from menu planning to tasting was painless. Their staff are all pleasant and very professional. The quality and presentation of the food along with the set up and service was beyond our expectations. I highly recommend Jordan’s.

Jeff was outstanding. We hired him for our wedding catering needs. He was professional, kind and fun! The food was delicious and better than we could have ever imagined. His staff was very attentive. From the minute I found Jeff Kaufman, I knew I had a planning partner for my wedding weekend, which we wanted to be a never-​ending party. Jeff consulted with us on every detail from finding the venue and handling rentals and staffing, to creating menus for a rehearsal dinner, cocktail party, and reception (complete with happy hour, three-​course meal and dessert bar), as well as a farewell brunch (in the rain!). Jeff was attentive, resourceful and realistic, saving us money where he could while feeding 175 people for three days. The food was fresh, the meat was grilled and served a la minute, and our guests raved about every bite. Jeff gave us no surprises when it came to costs and while we went over our planned budget, the outcome was well worth it. Jeff was much more than a caterer, he was a guide and a calming force throughout the experience. It was a magical winter wedding in the desert that we’ll never forget.

From their fantastic event planning to the top quality and food presentation, couldn’t have asked for a better caterer! The Dijon Espresso crusted tenderloin accompanied by jumbo shrimp and chimmichuri need I say more!!? I would highly recommend Jeff for future events as he will also take care of rental services and vendor referrals.

Jeff is a master Chef and really cares about his clients wishes. Jeff and his staff catered our wedding on May 17^th and we could not be more pleased with the food and service he provided. Thanks again Jeff, take a bow!

I recently hosted a surprise 40^th birthday for my husband in Palm Springs and Jeff came to the rented house to cook for us (dinner and breakfast). He did an amazing job and the food was delicious. The best part was that when he left everything was clean so I was able to relax and enjoy the party and we couldn’t have been more pleased with everything! Thanks Jeff!

I highly recommend Jordan’s Creative Catering, Chef Jeff catered a Birthday party for 30 guest. Chef Jeff is a real pro everything came off without a hitch and the guest loved the food.
He also catered a Charity golf tournament for me and there were about 80 guest. Again the food was great and things went smoothly.

Outstanding all the way around! Jeff catered our wedding reception for about 40 guests last weekend. The food was delicious and absolutely perfect for the occasion (Caribbean barbecue). Everyone was raving about it, especially the coconut shrimp (amazing). He organized everything beautifully, was extremely helpful in communicating and helping us plan the event, and offered all this at a budget significantly lower than what we’d been quoted from other big caterers in the Palm Springs area. Can’t recommend him highly enough!

By far the worst interaction I had with anyone in the service industry while planning my wedding.
We were recommended to use Chef Jeff Kaufman by our venue because he had experience at events there before. When we met up with him, he did not bring any list of menus or stuff for us to try but seemed to know about the space so we gave it a shot.
The interaction involved numerous emails back and forth going over our menu requirements and desires. Each of the replies by Jeff were short and most of them were just attachments of menus with no explanation or text at all. When everything had been completely explained, a «finalized» menu was sent that didn’t even meet our initial basic requests (i.e. the right number of appetizers and entrees).
The final straw was a week later when he sent a casual email saying a bride (with probably a larger party) had booked him for the night that we reserved and «he couldn’t refuse.» I can’t attest for his food, but I would warn anyone to stay far away from this company.
