My experience today was not a good one. I arrived for my 1:30 appointment with Laurie and not a single person acknowledged me as I stood by the counter, I than sat in the lounge area waiting for Laurie or at least someone to ask me if I had an appointment or needed a haircut. I sat for exactly 10 minutes and no one did, a young girl with spiky hair came around and avoided eye contact and went back to sit in the office, I was invisible. When I stood up to leave I asked the closest hairdresser to the door who the manager was and it turned out to be her, she immediately said she was sorry and that she thought I was going to see Stephanie because I always see Stephanie in which I told her «I don’t see Stephanie, I don’t know who Stephanie is.» she again said she was sorry, but I’d already decided I wasn’t going to spend my money there. I walked out without another word. Unfortunately the lady who used to do my hair no longer works there, so I will no longer be going there. I ended up calling a friend who recommended a lady she knows in Indio, I went to her shop and she took me right in and did a great job. So it worked out and I will be going back to her. I will leave a great review on her Unilocal page.

If you’re looking for a change for summer this is definitely the place to go! I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and Stephanie is the best!

I Came in for the first time this past July and was welcomed by the receptionist and my assigned stylist, Stephanie. I am always nervous when getting my hair coloredvas I have naturally black hair and any type of lightening is always an issue. I showed Steph a few pics of cuts an the ombré I wanted and she made it happen. My cut and color, the service, and the atmosphere were well worth the $ 115 I paid. Will definitely be returning.

I LOVE this place! Been coming here for 2 years! They are professional and they know what they are doing. I aslo got my whole family to go and they just love. It is a little pricey but it’s worth it!
