Supercuts

Average haircut, by bellow average practitioner. Slow service, will not go back. She was so short I had to slide down in the chair, instead she should of used a lift to stand on, I am not that tall.

I’ll leave this short:
Don’t go here. Especially when you’re surrounded by other hair cut places that are far more dedicated to the craft of cutting hair.

Perfectly acceptable haircut place. Friendly staff, and quick service. I’m still annoyed that Supercuts gave me a $ 50 gift card I can’t use at places I’ve tried, but that doesn’t appear to be the fault of the individual stores.
I still prefer Sports Clips, but there isn’t one close by, and this place is very handy for after work, even more so than Rockridge one. I’d definitely go again for that reason.

Worst haircut ever. The woman didn’t listen to anything I said. I have chin length hair. I asked for a trim, to keep the shape and to thin it out a little. I figured they couldn’t mess it up that much. She did the opposite. Started cutting huge sections off the front and then thinned out the back, which gave me a mullet. My hair is now to my ears like a metro boy cut. I don’t even care much about my hair and even I’m shocked at the product. Don’t go here if hair is super important to you because you will probably leave crying. I almost did but reminded myself that it will grow back in a few months. I know it’s a cheap haircut, but I probably could have done a better job myself with a mirror and some scissors.

Got here at 6pm. Signed in and sat down. Was told the wait would be 20 minutes.
The atmosphere in here was really awkward. Two stylists, with four people waiting. They need more people. Both stylists were pretty quiet, which is fine — I don’t care to spend time having small talk — but they were too quiet. I waited 20 minutes, another woman came in who had left her name before I walked in, but then I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. The stylists spent a good 5 minutes checking in and out clients, and sweeping up the floor. A guy spent 5 minutes trying to get 50% off on some shampoo/​conditioners, because the products he chose were from that shelf, but not ringing up as such.
Long story short, short staffed at 6pm, $ 18 for a haircut, my gut told me to walk out — which I did — and I got my haircut the next day in Pleasanton (on my way home from work) for $ 14.00. I’d say avoid this place, it might be in «Alamo», but you’ll be waiting a long time and paying way too much for a Supercuts buzz cut.

Convenient location and Friendly service, so far I’ve had 2 hair cuts there with satisfaction. They were very easy to communicate with, showed them a picture and got close too exactly what I wanted. I normally go to Sports Clips so I can watch Sportscenter while getting cut up, but since I moved I had to switch. They are definitely helping the transition.
I now look like a filipino version of a shorter David Beckham.

Supercuts in Lafayette is a great place for a simple haircut. My kids and I like to come here because the service good and affordable.

I always come here to get my haircut by Linda, she does a great job, but it does seem like their prices are a couple dollars higher than super cuts that aren’t located in Lafayette… I still prefer this place though

I just got my first haircut at Supercuts in Lafayette. I wasn’t expecting much, as my wife actually didn’t have a very good experience going here, but I thought I’d give it a try, since the first place I tried to go today was closed.
Noushin cut my hair. She was excellent! She clearly knew what she was doing, and was able to cut my hair exactly like I wanted it. She erred on cutting it a bit long, but I like my hair short, so I gave her that feedback, and she trimmed it up nicely. She also did the whole haricut very quickly.
I think for the price ($ 18), it’s about as good as I could ask for. I’ll be recommending this place to others for sure.

Saw Linda twice and she’s been great. Very skillful and for the price, she’s awesome!

Unfortunately, we’ve had increasingly poor experiences in the chairs of the new employees coming in… We’ll leave it at that.

Ask for the Hair Stylist Noushin (/​Noosheen/​). She is great!
She used to work in Walnut Creek.
She actually listen to us and cut our hair the way we ask for.

This place is AWFUL!!! I went there today at five thirty and found the doors locked to the salon, which pissed me off because they are suppose to be open until six o’clock. I guess the hairstylists there decided to close up early and not let any more customers in. Looks like I’ll be going to California Cuts to get a haircut, instead of a crappy super cuts, where their number one priority is to piss people off.

I have my hair cut at supercut when i am over that way, i like my hair short #4 so it does not take much to buzz it, but i go as it is cheap, if i go somewhere else it would cost me $ 30 or more just to buzz it, they are always polite and i always give a good tip, so i am very happy with the service

It’s a hit or miss kind of place. I’ve been here several times. Most of the time I get someone that has no clue what they’re doing and just use hair clippers to take off as much hair as possible. This last time I was there, a new guy was there and he cut my hair very well. Very polite, and even told me what he was doing as he was cutting to make sure it was ok. Best hair cut I ever got at a Supercuts. I sure hope they keep him there.

It’s my 3^rd visit to this salon and I have always been very happy with the stylists, which were different each time. There was small or no wait. There is a convenient parking in the back of the building.
