Food wasn’t too bad, but this place is super dirty… check out the pics. It was pretty disgusting

It is a typical chain restaurant. The service was friendly and nice, but the steak was over done and not really all that good. However, what the rest of my party got looked fine so maybe just dont go there for steak.

simple order of 1 beer & one order of mahi mahi tacos took 40 minutes. 1 of the two tacos had no meat. Order returned after i complained with chips and guac dip that i assume should have been included the first time. Also rude hostess, walked in behind her and made eye contact with me and turned letting the door close in my face… Snobby would be an upgrade.

What a disaster… We called in 20 minutes ahead of time to secure a table in anticipation that we would be very hungry by the time we got there. They let us know when we arrived that it would be a 20 – 25 minute wait. So we waited and plenty of large parties were seated in that time; 35 minutes go by and finally someone comes to tell us that they messed up our party size and that we would be seated next… two more parties were called before us. When we do get to our table we wait another 15 minutes until we meet our server, we all order drinks and entrées and wait some more. 15 more minutes pass until we see our drinks and while the iced tea was decent, the«craft soda» was very flat. My wife who had ever-dipping blood sugar by this point was too hungry to send her food back, but the«specialty entrée» balsamic chicken was too tough to cut properly with a knife and as rubbery as can be. While the burgers were also decent, I don’t understand why there is a premium price for a healthier option that was half the quality of a burger. Service was mediocre. We will not be returning to this establishment.

I really enjoy the enLIGHTened menu here. Full flavor meals that don’t disappoint. The barbacoa chicken is my favorite entrée, so far. And it’s consistently delicious across many visits. The burgers are crazy good. I don’t even like bleu cheese but that black and bleu burger is ridiculous. The beer selection is great, comes out fast and cold. The service is always good. Attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and they don’t seem to mind my little substitutions.

I am writing this reveiw based on the service. I have worked in the restraunt industry for many years as a waitress during my youth and feel that attentiveness and friendliness is very key for servers to provide a great experience for their guests. I come here and eat on various occassions, and feel that every time I come the service is usually below average. If the server is not ready to be sat hosts should be aware and not sit tables where the server does not appear for at least 10 minutes. I feel rushed when I order many times, and feel it usually always takes awhile for refills, as well as the food to be out on the table. The food is usually tasty, and of course I love the pazookies! Maybe if Bj’s took some time training their servers to be more professional this place would receive 5 stars!

Great service, great food, great brand. I’ve never been to a BJ’s where anything was bad. The pizza is amazing, deep dish. WOW! Haha no need to say anything more.

I’m writing this review on my second day of suffering from food poisoning from a side salad I ordered to accompany my pizza. I’ve both dined in and ordered takeout from many different BJ’s locations, and never had an issue. I am fairly certain the salad was the culprit, because I remember thinking the lettuce looked wilted, and discolored. After about three bites, I bit into grit, which tells me the lettuce was probably not washed at all. I stopped eating the salad immediately, but the damage had already been done, and I’ve been extremely sick and had to call off of work for two days. Be VERY careful when ordering anything other than pizza from this location… there are obviously standards being overlooked in the cleanliness of the kitchen.

Just tried their new honey siracha Brussels sprouts and some Parmesan stuffed mushrooms in the small bite snacks appetizer section, absolutely delicious! Then I waited for their happy hour to order some ribs(it was 15min before 10pm so why not!) Best combination ever… Service: Outstanding! Jay was very efficient. Did not even have to ask for water, she was polite and a great server overall. keep it up J! My son had a pizza and a mini pizzookie, we were both taken care of in a perfect way and we could not be more thankful!

Service is always horrible… Takes 20 min to place order and another 30 min to get the food. One thing that’s always consistent is the horrible service.

Great happy hour specials early and late. And open late always and James is the man with a smile and a game to keep your beer full. Great half off mini pizzas. Always love the avocado egg rolls yum the sauce rocks. Pizza is great here especially if you love deep dish. I never had a bad experience here ever and I have been here 30 times. Parking is full in front but always parking available a row or 2 deep for free. Bathrooms always very clean too.

Unimpressed to say the least. It has been awhile since I have been here and it will be awhile before I return(if ever) given the experience tonight. We were celebrating mom’s birthday as a family. Her fries arrived cold, my wife’s pizza was burnt on the bottom and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Aren’t they know for pizza? My brothers spaghetti was supposed to be spicy but was actually bland and lacking any flavor. Lastly never once offered refills on drinks. I spoke with the manager who was very nice and apologetic which was appreciated. He offered to adjust the bill but I told him it was not my intent. Even then the server should have comped the burnt pizza that we had to send back. My wife ended up having to take the pizza to go as she had to feed our newborn and it already been 2 hours and we were on 2nd attempt at a pizza So in closing dinner took two hours, my wife had to take her meal to go, I paid full price for a mediocre meal, and it did not make for a memorable birthday dinner for my mom.

Avocado Egg rolls were pretty fantastic. Great place to go with a large group. Service was pretty good. The wait was non existent. Will I be back? Yes.

Poor taste passed off as gourmet. It is a chain you have been to and you didn’t care for it either. Sticky booths, screaming suburbanites and far too many senior citizens thanks to nearby Seizure World. All of that plus a terrible deep dish. I tried the Buffalo Chicken variety and you are 100% correct, I deserve what I got. The pie is all dough and no go. Dry and wood-tasting chicken breast chunks are combined with diced celery, red onions with a sloppy drizzle of ranch dressing, buffalo sauce and… well, that is the good part! The bad part is the ¾ inch of too soft, almost mealy, doughy crust these things have going on. If this is an attempt at Chi-Town pie, BJ needs to actually go to Chicago some day because this is a disgusting attempt at a deep dish. Bleh. This pizza stings like a first divorce, or that first Newport… Whichever hurts more.

Came her for Veteran’s Day, have never been here prior to. There was a long line of course, but they were kind enough and thoughtful enough to bring out pizza for the waiting parties. To think about the people outside waiting and giving them a sample of food is not only going beyond regular service, but it also makes for a more pleasant experience for customers and servers. Meal Chicken Club Sandwich, delicious seasoned very well, not over cooked and a pleasant meal. Wish we had ordered the pizza as this is what they are known for. Crispy Jalapeño Burger, cooked medium well, loved the battered jalapenos on the burger, it was a memorable hamburger. A lot of restaurants who offer meals to veterans tend to get the business back because as veterans we appreciate the fact that they are honoring us, and it give the establishment a chance to display their fares. The service and the food was both excellent, we definitely will be back.

Moderate-sized BJ’s restaurant(offering American cuisine; salads, burgers, pasta, and beer!) located on El Toro Rd next to a tire shop & Laguna Hills Mall. They have a fair amount of parking space but the lot always seems busy. My family & I came here for dinner on a Saturday. We got here around 6, but were seated rather quickly — we got drinks at the bar and were led to our table within 15 minutes. Our overall experience was better than last time — service was friendly & accommodating, and food was tastier. My husband got the ahi tuna salad(they skimp on the ahi), I got the lemon thyme chicken with brown rice(very savory and garlicky), and my mom got the chicken with quinoa(very lightly seasoned, would have preferred more flavor). Overall, pretty good. However, I still prefer The Cheesecake Factory. I find that TCF offers MUCH more variety in all departments — meals, drinks, AND desserts!

The first thing I noticed when I walked into this BJ’s Restaurant for lunch today was the off-putting smell. It literally smelled like a slight mist of rotting garbage all throughout the establishment. Appetizer sampler plate: Liked the spinach artichoke dip. Honestly not a big fan of the avocado egg rolls, but the avocados seemed fresh and the accompanying tamarind sauce made it better. It wasn’t spicy at all, if any of you were wondering. I was not a big fan of the Santa Fe spring rolls, but if you like southwestern flavor, this might be up your ally. The shrimp scampi was okay. It has a decent helping of shrimp. It also has more tomatoes than I would like in a meal, and I honestly think it could do without the breadcrumbs. I probably wouldn’t get this again. Though I’m curious to try the bison burger at a different location. We were seating quickly. The wait staff were all friendly, and efficient. The food was served hot. Our drinks were refilled at least once. I don’t like leaving reviews with low ratings, but the smell was just too overbearing for me to overlook.

This location always seems to be busy on Sundays. We didn’t have to wait too long for our table tho. We got a few apps and meals and ended with a pizookie. I ordered the BJs favorite pizza and it was OK. My all time go to is always the tortilla soup! They do have a deal running for two salads or soup and a medium pizza and dessert for 25.
