Charlotte Russe

This location is in the process of closing. Their lease is up and they are not staying at the Laguna Hills Mall. There are other Charlotte Russe stores in the Irvine Spectrum and The Shops at Mission Viejo. The store offers a lot of closing prices. Their clothes are inexpensive to begin with, and with the closing sales, they are a bargain.
Sales associates here are helpful. They ring you up quickly. Also, a sales associate asks if you need anything while you are in the dressing room. This is efficiency and service.
I take a star off because most of their clothes don’t seem like they are going to be fashionable for a long time. These are on-​trend types of clothes. Also, the materials they use in some of their clothing doesn’t seem like it is high quality, which one can expect at their pricing point. Still, they have a lot of cute clothes and accessories. The store also has shoes, heels, and stilettos.

The store manager has a sassy attitude & I felt like she was giving me fake service. she was extremely rude. I believe her name was Ashley. She didn’t help me with what I was asking for what so ever. I had a regular employee help me and she was help.
Management is shit here! Corporates should do something about this. Worst store manager ever.

I love Charlotte Russe but the service at this place was horrible. I walked in happy and walked out not feeling the same because the cashier was so incredibly rude… you could tell that she hated her job.
Unfortunately, won’t be shopping at this location again.

I used to like Charlotte Russe, but I’ve definitely grown «out» of their style.
While wandering around the Laguna Hills Mall, I popped in for a blast from the past. I received a super friendly greeting from the sales associate that was folding clothing by the front door.
I wandered around a bit; there were some sale racks in the back. Everything else was moderately priced. Lots of bright colours and very much «in the now» fashions. If you were to buy something, wear it, and want to wear it again it a year — it would likely be out of style.
In that sense, they cater to the present trends and not toward traditional.

I like Charlotte Russe because their clothes are actually affordable and trendy. The staff are okay, they don’t really go out of their way to help you. Dressing rooms are a pain because an (often absent) employee has to open them for you.
