Gymboree

Store is awesome but whatever you do, do not order anything online from Gymboree. I have placed three orders in the past year and all three were delayed by weeks. In calling customer service, they acknowledge that their online operations were lacking. Tip: Shop locally

I have only been in this store maybe three times… and every time I am in there, the same woman is either on the phone with a really difficult customer or has one in front of her — and its always involving a return of some sort that isnt possible. (Purchase from an outlet store that they cant return to the regular store, etc). I feel for her… but the staff in this store I find to be not very friendly.
I was in here on Black Friday, and was looking for some headbands and hair bows. For whatever reason the cashier was ringing someone up and watched me the entire time I was in the store. I was with a friend, who was looking at the clothes, and I really only looked at the hair items. I ended up purchasing two items, and she did not engage me in conversation at all. It was odd, and really just uncomfortable. I probably wont return to this store, in the future.
The store always seems clean and well organized, so I will leave my review in the middle, but its definitely not for the customer service.

I love this store! It’s on the smaller size but they always have so many great deals. The store associates are always friendly and very helpful. If they don’t have a size that you are looking for they always offer to call another store.

Love love love this store! Small but has amazing deals. I went in today bought 4 shirts, some socks, and a sweater for 25 $ you can’t beat that plus gymbucks. It’s quiet, clean, and nice store.

Ok, so maybe I caught this store location on a bad day… but there seriously seemed to be one clerk working that day. Actually, it was today, December the 23^rd when everyone is freaking out and doing last minute shopping.
This store seemed smaller than other branches I’ve frequented, and maybe that was the reason for soooooo much merchandise. I’m not complaining though, more for my little girl to snatch.
I love Gymboree. I frequently purchase clothes for my toddler from their stores because of the good quality. The clothes can be pricey, so wait for good deals, and get those gym bucks!
