Wow, thought they couldn’t get any better until today! Mark took my order over the phone due to me thinking they had curb-​side service as they do at other locations. Mark was very accommodating and honored my preference during the busiest time of day even. I work near their El Toro Rd. location but live down the st. from this store. The Laguna Niguel store is ALWAYS friendly, and genuinely seem happy to be working for the company. Thank you Mark to you and your team for today’s lunch!

I remember going to Chick-​fil-​A at the Broward Mall in Plantation FL when I was in high school. The chicken and waffle fries were as good as ever. I have eaten here countless times since the grand opening like 5 or 6 years ago. It was previously a Burger King. If you’re in the mood for a satisfying fast food meal than don’t hesitate eating here. So good.

Honestly Chick-​fil-​a food is decent, but not amazing. However, I will definitely come back for their service. MOST courteous employees I have ever met! They were very welcoming and even knew exactly what I needed before I even asked.
I love their efficiency as well. Ordered and picked up my food within minutes.

Okay so we love this place. Mark the owner is the nicest guy you’ll ever meet and works along side his employees always building them up. Brian is his right hand man and is the sweetest. They treat my family like family and have donated food for our boys tball parties as well as treated us for their birthday. I never thought I would make dear friends at chic fil-​a but it’s happened :)

The most polite staff of any restaurant I’ve ever encountered (fast food or otherwise). Whatever the management is teaching, works!

The food is always good at chick fil a. I am a big fan of the nuggets, salads and the original sandwich. But my absolute favorite is the breakfast chicken biscuit. Oh my gosh. It is so buttery. Not for the low carb diet.
But the real reason for the review is the employees.
I sat down today next to an employee was eating before he clocked in for work and we had a conversation about his job. He was very happy with his employer and the values they share with the team. He spoke about how they value the employees school and family life and events. He attitude spoke volumes to me about the manager of this particular location and the philosophy of the chain.
Keep up the good work. Your employees appreciate it so much they share with total strangers.

Til today, I had never tried Chick-​fil-​a for breakfast. I saw they were open and was surprised to see a breakfast menu. Rebecca told me about the breakfast barritos and the rest of the menu. Wow. The breakfast burrito is Scary good! I had her put the chicken and sausage in it n some of the chick-​fil-​a sauce, incredible flavors. This is a must try place for breakfast and anytime. Remember Rebecca, Great smile and attitude.

I wanted burger. They tell me no burger only chicken. Why you say that? I know you make burger. I order chicken nugget though and it was 6 piece but got 8 in meal. This make me so so happy.

as we speak, I am waiting for my dam chicken and they dropped the spicy chicken we have been waiting 15 minutes and we are not happy
update: we got our chicken and its good frickin chicken it’s worth the wait
but they should have given us some free fries

I love your food, in fact I’ve been coming to your location since I moved here 2 years ago.
Tonight was a big disappointment. Below is a picture of a LARGE order of waffle fries.
Keeping it short and sweet, check your drive thru bag before heading home.
I’ll be going to a different location or just wean my self off this wonderful place.

I really like Chik-​Fil-​A. This one is no exception. Incredibly courteous staff, always a clean venue, and a cant-​be-​beat menu. Today is no different! Although I can honestly say this is the most packed I’ve ever seen this one. Kids, adults, teens. Everyone came out to this one today.

Always good service here. You know what you’re gonna get so that’s always nice. Most of the employees know know us. We are creatures of habit so sometimes we don’t have to even say what we want! & sometimes they even have it ready for us before we get to the counter! We live right up the street so it’s one of our go to places. Shoutout to Brian! He’s always a pleasure :)
I loveee the vanilla soft serve ice cream from here! so yummy! The french fries are good too-​as long as they are cooked/​a little crunchy and not soft & cold (which I have gotten before) & the lemonade is yummy! I also love the little chicken sandwiches they serve for breakfast! Whatever they put on the buns – are AMAZING!
Oh & I always use buffalo sauce as my dipping sauce! It’s a must!
I rarely go inside but recently I did cause drive-​thru was wicked long. The guy who helped me was so rude and rolled his eyes at me and told me that «they didn’t make it like that?!» (Large vanilla ice cream with a cone on top-it’s my guilty pleasure) I literally have been ordering this for over 2 years. I didn’t get his name but he wore glasses. Advice– don’t be rude! Especially to regulars :)
He ended up making it 3 times! I explained to him exactly how to do it. I’m sure I’m not the only person who orders it this way. Even if I was it was really ridiculous.
Other than that-​which really wasn’t a huge deal but still unnecessary– love this chick-​fil-​a!

I love the christian music they play with no lyrics. The staff was all new today and feel like they did not go out of their way to do anything but still polite and prompt. My kids like the play area although it is small.

Love this place. Fast drive thru fast service the manager is always kind and nice to me ! He greets me with a smile and knows my face by now ! Their sandwiches and shakes are awesome ! The best chicken sandwiches in Laguna Nigel

I find chick fillet’s sandwiches to be very salty in my opinion so It is not my favorite place to go when I want to grab a sandwich.
Today I was craving fries so I ended up here. I requested my fries with No salt because again I don’t like salty stuff…
Correct me if I am wrong but when they used to have all their sauces out in the front so people could take whatever they like. Now they have their «special sauces» behind the counter so you have to ask the employees to give them to you.
Also it can be very annoying that they don’t have their soda machine where people can fill up their drinks. I like In N Out because they are so laid back about these things and yet they still have their customers coming to their stores…
I think Chick fillet tries to be In n Out but it is not even close to them… Fast food chains make soo much money off of selling sodas so why not having customers refill them if they wish.
What annoyed me today was that a customer asked a floor employee to fill up her soda cup and the employee said, let me go back to the order area and do it for you… It seemed like a hassle for the employee and bad customer experience for the customer…

This store is just the same as every other one. Good food and incredibly friendly staff. The drive-​through line can get a little excessive at times, but if you don’t mind going into the restaurant, it’s a lot faster.
There’s different advertisements that they have out which will give you a free sandwich from time to time. Just don’t steal your neighbors out of their mailbox

I normally wouldn’t write a review about a Chick Fil A, but the people that work at this location are awesome!
I am always greeted with a smile and the workers authentically seem happy to be there (rare with fast food).
The crew works really hard, and deserve credit!

Excellent customer service!
This was my first Chick-​fil-​A experience. Came in to order, did not know what to get… Brian attempted to take my order and I explained it was my first time there and wasn’t sure what to try. After a few great suggestions, I ordered the recommended and Brian comped my whole meal! I was so pleasantly surprised. Food was quick and fresh. Big fan of the Polynesian sauce.
Definitely left a great first impression. Will certainly be back to this location.

I was thoroughly impressed with this Chick-​Fil A. They were so nice and the food is always great. What inspired me to write this review was that the manager introduced himself while taking my order and was very kind and had a positive vibe. He also said it may be about 10 minutes while they were transitioning from breakfast to lunch (It was only 6 ½ minutes). While waiting, I went to the restroom and saw how clean and appealing it was. It smelled like cinnamon. After leaving the restroom, I saw that they had a case of children’a books that you could use for your kids. Very cool!
