Saddleback Grill is a solidly good bar/restaurant, serving chops, steaks and good cocktails. It is low key and very casual here, but you can get a hearty meal at a fair price.
Friday night, 9÷29÷15, I had the «double pork chop» dinner found on the menu. I was very happy with the meal; the chops were tasty, moist and tender.
The establishment may have been short one or two service staff members when I was there. Those who were serving seemed a bit frazzled and in rush/rush mode, but it didn’t necessarily negatively impact our service.
I noticed when we sat at the bar having drinks before dinner, there is a special happy hour food and beverage menu. Next time I’m at Lake Arrowhead, I definitely want to come back to Saddleback Grill and order and eat from the bar menu while belly up on a bar stool.
