My husband went to go get some lunch from panda and when he asked if they have a military discount they told him no. The last time I went in they gave me military discount thanked us for our service and the manager said there was no need to even show him the ID. I called and spoke to Dylan when my husband came home and told me they did not give him the discount, I told him they need to be consistent on weather they offer a discount or not, he interrupted me and said PANDAEXPRESSDOESNOTOFFERMILITARYDISCOUNT! I asked him why they gave it to me the last few times I came in, he said it was up to the manager to give the discount! So basically whoever wants to give the discount can and whoever doesn’t give the discount doesn’t? I will be contacting corporate on this matter, I understand that not all places offer a military discount but to have it up to the manager is not acceptable it needs to be a company wise decision… You either offer it or you don’t. Danny offers the worst customer service and should definitely not be a manager let alone an employee.

How do you run out of your most popular item? Orange chicken is not rocket science…

I’m always disappointed at this location. They never have enough food ready. It’s 6:40— prime dinner time and there are 5 people waiting for their orders. This time I had the double pleasure of cold food and a cashier who was not very customer service oriented. When I explained to the cashier that I felt the kid who took my order should have sold me two sides instead of a bowl, as I would have had more food for less money, she replied, «Well since they put it in a bowl I have to charge you that.» I patiently explained the way this store is designed you order before you even get to the menu and how I didn’t see how to order no entrée and had first asked him the best way to order just veggies and rice. She asked«What?» three times until I gave up. She explained she can’t ever hear the customers because of the fans. We sat down to eat and the vegetables and the broccoli beef were cold. It’s over to the location on the 74 from now on.

The food was ok– if it wasn’t for the girl Martha I wouldn’t give it such a good review A lot of the selections they normally have they didn’t have at this locations like the walnut shrimp and the steak one The food tasted a little old too But customer service was great ! I was super picky and she didn’t act like I was being a nuisance

Ewww. This is by far the worst Chinese restaurant I’ve ever been to. I couldn’t stomach the chow mien or fried rice. The smell was just so bad, old and rancid m. Like it had been refried over and over again for like 5 days. The other main entreats looked no better. The mushroom chicken was a mushy, gooey, gross mess. Even the egg rolls were bad, tasteless, and not crunchy. I recommend to not even step foot in the door.

They stopped using eggs in the fried rice and if you think it still tastes the same, your wrong! All four of us that ordered it could not even gag it down. Been there twice in the last month and they have no soy sauce, keep saying they ran out but actually they are not giving it out anymore to keep cost down. Won’t be going back anytime soon. Ugh

This Panda Express is BULL$%#! I just left(it was my first and last time here). They need to close and reopen, and if it wasn’t quite a drive for me, I would take this crap back. The food was cold and portions small. When I just opened this plate, I thought I was on punk’d. I never should of turned my head when I was standing in that line. Not only that, but the rice is undercooked, the orange chicken is hard as hell, and the fortune cookie even tastes stale(hard AF)! I don’t think I ever use curse words in my reviews, but I’m seriously livid right now. I have not eaten all day and this is the garbage I’m stuck with!!! Absolutely terrible. STAYAWAY. Just make the drive to the Murrieta location!

Negative one star. I want to take back the part of my life when I was eating the food at this location. The staff, DYLAN the manager or shift lead worst of them all, seemed lik they were being tortured to serve my sexy girl friend and I. The portions were below par, and I had to use the restroom as soon as I finished my several pieces of black pepper chicken. My beautiful woman was calling me because it took me so long to empty the garbage I was served. My girlfriend is now sick from what ever vile thing was served to her. I’m not ok with this. The shift leader berated the other employees. Telling my hot lady friend that he felt like he was baby sitting and they were hiring.

Customer service at this Panda is good compared to others I’ve visited. Food is alright but nothing special. Good for to go or a quick bite as line moves quickly. Not bad but not great!

So I was craving Chinese and this was the closest place. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I decided to give it a try. It took FOREVER so u could get service and almost all of the entrée trays were empty! The plus side, the woman working said they would cook them up. I got half chow mein and rice with Kung pao chicken and the spare ribs. Once I got home I opened my to go box and I noticed I had a small amount of Kung pao chicken. The portions of the two entrees were poor.

Cant believe the opened at 10 am! Great Honey Sesame chicken wish the sold it all the time, food was still very fresh at 11 am, service from staff was excellent, one guy even opened the door for me. I like this loaction as it does not seem as busy and they did not make tons of food up front so it doesnt all go bad fast, they seem to make a bit at a time, chinese food goes soggy if its not fresh.

First Panda Express we ever walked out of. Most entrée pans were empty a couple of pans had maybe a half a serving in them that looked at least an hour old, nothing was getting cooked. Panda Express needs to shut them down or send someone from corporate to show them how to run this place!!! If this would have been our first experience with Panda Express, it would have been our last!!!

This place used to rock with service, quantity and quality… I was famished, hungover, home alone and wanted food NOW… so I came here… food was old and they showed no interest in making more, I asked… she just gave me what was left in the nasty warm tray which wasn’t even a full portion. The noodles and rice sucked and the orange chicken and firecracker chicken were hard, stale and dry… thank goodness when I got home I found a bottle of Hoisin sauce in fridge and doused it all in it to drown out the flavor and dryness… but my fortune cookie was excellent(hence the two stars, lol)

I keep hoping for decent chinese food place to appear near Canyon Lake. This is not it. Had Orange Chicken, Kung Pao, and Beef with Brocolli. All very forgetable. They do give you enough rice and noodles to feed a small army — threw most of it away. The search continues…

I go to this panda because I live in canyon hills but I don’t think I’ll be visiting this location anymore. The customer service when you go in is great but I have to say paying over twenty dollars for two combos is a little much considering the honey walnut shrimp was soggy, the fried rice was old and the only thing fresh was the orange chicken probably because they make so much of it. I usually get food for my boys and I and they tend to throw in a few extra fortune cookies but this time it was only two. After checking out I forgot to add for soy sauce so we had to go back and they handed me two packets… Really??? I was completely disappointed with the food and service this trip. Not to mention the syrup was out on the Pepsi and it tastes bad.

My neighborhood Panda Express and compared to others in the area — this one really sucks!!! Had an event take place a few night ago that has caused me to write to the corporate office. My 2 – 3 visits per week are not going to happen anymore and a free two-item entrée I have at this store can go unclaimed for all I care. Their food quality(compared to other locations) and guest relations really need some work. Hope my letter light a fire under their *beep*
