I really enjoy flame broilers. I have for years. But this place is pretty bad. The chicken pieces have lots of fat left on them. The employees always look ANGRY and I got reprimanded for taking too much jalapeños. Wow. I now go to the ones on auto center. I don’t mind driving a bit further for better quality. P. S. And yes, I agree with the other reviewer, the meat is rarely cooked consistently in all the times I’ve gone.

Place sucks. Wrote corporate about it several times with no email or call back. They don’t care about the customers what so ever. Why have a website that says please write us about your experience and never contact the customer about thier complaints!

If you received in the mail 20%off coupon book deals at your office… make sure you and your co-works aren’t planning to use them. It’s one coupon per day for the whole staff.

This flame broiler is pretty good. Although, many of the flame broilers are hit or miss in regards to quality; but this one is far better than the one on Alicia pkwy.

I ate at The Flame Broiler on El Toro for lunch today. Service was good and pretty quick. I had the chicken bowl and it was good BUT I was very hungry also. I think it is a little better than Panda Express but not 5 star material. I give it 31⁄2 stars!

The good was pretty bland and the beef was really chewy. Plus, it took quite a while before our order was ready(people who came in after us kept getting served before us)

I’m not sure how you can give this place more than three stars. Very mediocre –quality fast Korean influenced food. Sort of the Taco Bell of asian food. I won’t even say it’s cheap. Cost me 11 bucks for a plate and a drink. And I didn’t see one Korean person eating or working there. That pretty much sums it up, right?

The meat is pretty good. I always ask for extra sauce. I think it is big enough to share with another person, or in my case both kids. The prices are decent.

Somedays the chicken is over cooked, somedays its undercooked, somedays its perfect. Undercooked chicken isn’t cool people. The days that the chicken is perfect, hey, that deserves 5 stars all day. Consistency would be key here. 1. Place is clean 2. Customer service is ok 3. Depends on the day on your chicken here The rice seems to be somewhat dry no matter what day it is. Drench it with sauce and its fine.

my brother likes their beef bowl and on my lazy day to cook dinner, ill just come here and get their beef bowl for my brother. its fast, quick, and its simple. their magic teriyaki sauce is what makes their beef or chicken bowl yummy. its sweet and give more flavors to the whole meal. i personally like their mix bowl that comes with steamed veggie. its sounds healthier, it looks tastier, and i feel less guilty. you can also substitute for brown rice for an additional 50cent or something like that. i normally use a coupon i received on my mailbox to save some $ on their bowl menu. they send me coupon for at least once every two weeks. so i never really come here without coupon. its a good deal even if i only save a buck or two.

Fast, cheap, and easy. The chicken here is actually really good but you can tell it’s marinated in a lot of sugar. I understand that the food must taste good or else this place won’t be around long. If you are looking for a truly healthy option I suggest going with white meat, brown rice and not using their«magic» sauce which is basically teriyaki sauce rebranded. There is a ton of sugar and salt in it. The hot sauce is a better option. It packed with salt but it tastes good, and it’s sugar and calorie free,
