5 stars for the pharmacy and the rest of the store staff. This store isn’t as busy as the others, so they use the time to really help their customers locate items, find coupons to use, give consultation, etc. I have had horrible experiences at CVS where I’ve spent so much time waiting to pick up a prescription. The pharmacists here are efficient, and are very helpful in the insurance lookups, doctor prescriptions, and giving patient advice. All neighborhoods should have a Walgreens like this one.

After the Walgreens closest to me shut down, I was automatically routed to the RSM location, which wasn’t very convenient. I switched everything over to this location and it’s been great. Great service in the store and at the pharmacy and easy parking.

Miriam, manager in this store always give me hard time when I return stuff that I bought online from Walgreen but when I go different Walgreen store, staff take care right away super nice. Even I don’t have received print out, other Walgreen store be able to get it from my membership card. Miriam never patient enough to do that, she always said no receive no return… blah blah.

This review is for the photo lab, and I really wish this could be zero stars. I got an email on Friday my order was complete. I didn’t have time to pick it up on Friday so I went on Sunday and lo and behold, they didn’t actually print part of my order. Then the person told me it would take 5 minutes to print. Of course it took over 15. Ridiculous

Rude lady working in photo center. Asked about the kiosk printing and she had attitude right off the bat. Was told photos would be ready in 10min, 15 minutes later, still not ready. We had to pull our order. If I do all the work and edits, it should be an instant print. Without attitude. I see why all she does is print photos.

I have gotten my prescriptions here for my family for years. The pharmacists are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I noticed they even know many of the customers names. They text me when my meds are ready and are always willing to answer questions or look up the answers if they aren’t sure. I give the customer service an A+.

Excellent customer service. They are friendly and the ladies in cosmetics always offer coupons. I think they have a great rewards program as well.

I was in the other night and there was a new lady working there and she was very helpful it was around closing time I wish I remembered her name. Best Walgreens around

They were open on Christmas day and had what I needed, beer and infant tylenol! Friendly staff and convenient location. There was plenty of variety and it was well stocked. I checked two other locales that ended up not being open and I was beyond happy when I tried this place right down the street from where we were staying. Clean, convenient and friendly, I will return!

Check your receipts. I’ve consistently been overcharged at this location several times in the last months.
Once, the bandaids were supposed to be buy one get one free. The rude chick working the register told me to show her the ad and «they are NEVER buy one get one free». We turn through the pages, she says its not there, and then we get to the money page… with the buy one get one free bandaids. Well, then she had to have someone check the tag on the aisle to absolutely make sure. Sure enough they cant find the ones I got, but they find other ones. I take those. Then she huffs and puffs over redoing my transaction in full. I’m really not sure why she had to ring up everything again but she did.
In the end, she overcharged me again for bandaids. I tell her to just give me that package sitting on the counter, because she was going to have to rering my purchase again??? really? And at the end of the day, I was still shorted a package of bandaids. Did I go back? No, I’d rather stab myself with a fork.
I did call the survey on the receipt, however, it told me that this store wasn’t accepting any more reviews through the telephone system. How convenient.
This week, the misting it was water. Not only did their machines not ring up the right price of 3/​$ 3.00, I had to wait over 20 minutes while they tried to ring and re ring up my adjustment. I even pointed out they over adjusted by .40 but they were not too concerned. The nice guy ringing me up and the manager trying to fix it were two employees I really had not seen before, and they couldn’t figure how why the system wasn’t honoring the sale prices. Isn’t there a law about check out systems ringing up the right prices? It shouldn’t be this hard to buy some water so I can take my medication I picked up at the pharmacy.
If I was rating their pharmacy only, i’d give her 5 stars. Fast, friendly and such a pleasure to deal with.
Note to everyone out there… check out in the pharmacy. Seriously. I may do this next time to save my sanity.

Clean and friendly staff… but where are the customers???

I’ve been to better. I know it’s Walgreens, but the customer service is not great. They also don’t sell everything other Walgreens do. It is clean and it looks nice, though.

I know it’s kind of strange to review a drugstore, but I go to this specific Walgreens (which is further away from my house than other local drugstores) to get my prescriptions, shampoo, etc. because the employees are so pleasant and helpful. The pharmacy staff are very sweet, but what really keeps me coming back is the cosmetics desk where the staff happily search through a huge binder of coupons to get me the lowest possible price on whatever I’m planning to take home.
