Needed chicken for family gathering so stopped in. Worker was friendly, explained and offered two specials instead of ordering just the buckets. Food came out quick. Everybody loved all the food… Chicken, mashed potatoes & cole slaw. Pleasantly surprised

I can see by some of the responses, those people have never worked fast food. It’s a shame the judgement that has been passed. Bearing in mind that this is in fact food and not a 4 or 5 star restaurant, the food is usually pretty good. I like the pizza better than anything, although often their breadsticks taste and look like they’ve been proofed twice. The staff has always been friendly and 95% of the time will give us extra food if there is a wait, even after telling us about the wait for fresh food. The store is definitely run down and needs updating all around.

I made a HUGE mistake walking in the door!
I placed an order for a 3 piece white meat (Extra crispy) meal with a side order of cole slaw. Waited while 2 other orders in front of me were processed.
While I sat there, (I sat down as there were taking WAAAY too long in the first place) I heard these two girls going back and forth trying to figure out the confusion in the 2 orders in front of me. One was a 20 piece meal and the other was a 10 piece meal.
The undereducated woman was actually looking RIGHT AT THE LCD MONITOR, and calling out the order for an 8 piece meal, and had to be corrected that the EIGHT WAS ACTUALLY A TEN!!! COME ON HERE PEOPLE, that’s incredibly basic stuff, learned back in what, FIRST GRADE???
Only after these people, and I use the term loosely, had figured out what the difference between an EIGHT AND A TEN was,…I was actually asked, (finally) what order I was waiting for. Like it wasn’t actually on their board of orders?
I was then asked, AFTER ONLY ABOUT 12 MINS, if I was told that they had no extra crispy, and I replied, «No, that would have required brains»
This used to be a decent store, but the low class of people they hired here now, are SO BAD AT THEIR JOBS, I WOULD NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS RISK ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!!!
Just plain sad and pathetic!!!

Nothing that a bottle of bleach couldn’t fix.

Old, Old, Old KFC and pretty run down. I don’t really like KFC to begin with, but sometimes my mom would bring home the big ‘olé bucket of chicken. Same as everywhere, but just lacking in quality and service.
