Taco Bell

Unfortunately, I wrote most of my review in my «tip» section while we were TRYING to order food. If you do not have a lot of time, try somewhere else because there is NO WAY to every get through this place in reasonable time.
Our last trip took way too long because they could not figure out a gift card that we got as a gift… so, we had to reorder our food numerous times. The only saving grace was after 5 times or so, our food was just given to us– FREE. As it should have been for having to wait so long!
We were pulled into this place to try their new spicy grillers… which were sadly nothing special. I really wanted to like them… but they were not even spicy. Eh.
All the rest of the food is average– they do not over do or under do it. But like other Unilocalers have said, the place is very unclean and it takes FOREVER to get food… so, unless you really need to fix your tbell craving… find somewhere else!

I stupidly returned to this nasty location. My baby girl got shots and requested it. It’s still just as slow as ever. Disgusting drink station (see photo). I’m done with this place. The food sucks, the place sucks, the workers in the back suck. I’m sure my order will be wrong again. Why am I even here? Oh right, I love my daughter.

The worst taco bell ever! Terrible service and food. Extremely slow drive thru and dining room. Its been this way for years. No one over the age of 16 seems to work there. If I could I’d give them 0 stars. Do yourself a favor and don’t give them your $. Maybe they will change their ways if they get enough complaints.

I really like that most of the time they’re fast and my order is almost always accurate. The staff is always very friendly and likes to joke.

Workers want minimum wage to increase?
Learn to follow instructions. Last three times here asked for no sour cream. Can’t get it right.
This is not rocket science. You can’t ask for higher wages if you can’t follow instructions.
Please Manager, put the customer request orders in bold red font so these people can get it right. Or just wait until enough people stop coming and be a moron scratching your head wondering how you went out of business…

They can never get an order right at this place I will never go here again. These people are the prime example of why fast food workers make what they make. No way should they make a penny more.

I have been going to this taco Bell for years. And it has done nothing but go downhill. I can’t count how many times my order has been incorrect. All the replacement food is not worth all the hassle! I have been driving to Baldwin which is a lot farther, just to get accuracy. I would not recommend this location, and they don’t even put the proper condiments on their burritos!

Slow as crap! Not worth the wait! They get orders wrong. And I always get food poisoning. I don’t eat fast food anymore, but when I did I avoided tbell, especially this one!

I agree with the other reviewers! This location goes through workers like hot sauce so I think that’s why a lot of orders get messed up. There can be super long lines here. One time I was only one of the two cars in line and the van in front of me ordered a ridiculously large amount of food and I waited 15 minutes for my food before leaving. So pay attention to the people in front of you when they’re ordering, shut your engine off if it’ll be awhile, and don’t expect the workers to direct customers with large orders to pull over to the side to wait…

The food is standard taco bell, you know (or should know) what to expect. My issue with this Taco Bell is the horrible, horrible wait times. Twice now, I’ve sat in the line for 25 minutes which in my opinion, defeats the whole idea of «fast food». Here is a pro management tip Taco Bell Manager from me to you; many people are going to be coming here during lunch hours; i.e. 11 – 2. Please get some extra help. Thank you.
Then there are the customers who don’t seem to know what is on the menu here. After staring at it for a good three minutes. Astonishing I know but sure enough yesterday, I hear a lady asking «What do you have for drinks?» «What sizes?» — um lady, it’s a freaking taco bell; they have the exact same crap at each one and didn’t I see you intently studying it like it contained the secret for long life? Order your shit and keep the line moving!
So between the many clueless patrons in line who do not seem to know what is on the menu and terrible time management by the employees, this location is agonizingly slow. If you have limited lunch time, seriously think about going somewhere else.

No fast-​food on Earth will short your order more often than the Lake Orion Taco Bell. Nothing like getting home and discovering that they forgot to give you a few tacos… 75% of the time they fail, but I have buyers remorse 100% of the time.

Come on! It’s a Taco Bell! If you go in here expecting authentic Mexican food of course you will not get it. But really, what cognizant, free thinking human being expects anything other than what it is, cheap, tasty, fast food. When Taco Bell remodeled a few years ago the town went into mourning and the lines when they reopened were ridiculous. Sometimes I think the employees get a bit careless when making the food though. I have gotten burritos that have all the meat on one end and all the beans on the other. I think you are going to get that at any fast food joint that has a bunch of teens working there.

Even though they remodeled this Taco Bell a few years back (it randomly burned down), it is still gross. Well maybe they keep it decently clean, but I swear the employees aren’t ever washing their hands and they don’t handle to ‘food’ properly (I might not even agree they serve real food, but that’s a different story). If you want real Mexican go down the street to Sagebrush Cantina.
Oh, and the main reason I hate this place is because one time they gave me the incorrect change, and stiffed me nearly $ 30 bucks. I had to demand to talk to the manager and she would not give me my change. She said at the end of the day if the register was over then she would call me and I could come back and get my money. Well shockingly enough they said it wasn’t and I never got my money back. I am sure the kid behind the counter pocketed it. DISLIKE.
