Been here a few times. The food is just bar food. It’s decent. The poor decent drink. The prices are on the higher end

Like the food and service every time we come

I got a burger, as recommended. I got the one with BBQ sauce, onion rings, and cheese on it. I don’t know what it was, but I didn’t taste any of the condiments while eating the burger and only tasted the patty. I don’t know if that meant it needed more… but I didn’t get much flavor out of it.
Service was great. The décor was great. Lots of TVs to watch. And it wasn’t busy on a Saturday night for dinner — which was nice.

Happened to be in town and stopped in. Greeted by a great waitress who was very nice and attentive. This was followed up with a good appetizer selection of the spinach dip. The burger island was fun and the Patty Melt was the best i ever had! We will definitely be back when in town.

Went there on a busy game day expecting to not have any seating available for our large group. Not the case at all… the place was full but they have many tables that can accommodate along with plenty of screens & keno. Our waitress was more than attentive to our table and kept our beverages always available and for food nothing disappointed (tatterizer –tatter tots with nacho cheese topped with plenty of bacon, an order of mozzarella sticks and wings were all quick to the table and pipping hot fresh). Wings were meaty & nice size and cooked perfectly. This was not the first time here and will definitely not be the last.

Very good burgers, the waitress was very nice. A little loud for us older people. Will go here again.

New owner (Adi) is running the place into the ground. While I was in there one evening, I personally overheard him being disrespectful to a couple of the girls. (He said, «Come on girls! Chop! Chop!») He wasn’t joking with them. No one looks happy there. The guy is not a good business man at all. Don’t go here.

I was being fat one day, and got their nachos. Good choice. This place is great. Good service and their burgers are great as well, once again I was feeling fat this day.

The Wednesday night all the perch you can eat special is awesome. This place doesn’t look like much from the outside, but it’s well worth the visit!

Besides the beer, I come here for their vegan burgers. This is an American pub with traditional bar food, but their Detroit stamped bun burgers are what they’re known for. I’m a fan of details and the fact that they have their logo imprinted on buns, napkins, and utensil holders shows personal pride in what they do.

This place calls itself a true burger joint and with the large selection of choices on their menu, one can get excited about the possibilities. There’s a huge flaw in all of this though and that’s them cooking it to the temperature that you want. If a place serves never frozen, top grade meat, I prefer it medium-​rare. To me, this is the perfect temp and how a great burger should be eaten. No matter what I order for temp here, their burgers come to me medium-​well/​well.
I’m a fan of the drink selection, the waitstaff, and their Rueben sandwiches, but they kill me with their over-​cooked beef.

We have been there every other week and love all the food, great bugers and they will cook them rare, Awsome fish and great nachos. Great wait staff.

Best Burger in all 50 states. I came in from New York. Ordered the Ambassador Burger with cornbeef on it. Wow! Onion rings were totally on point. Not to mention the Detroit Red Wings Won! The place has a great vibe and the food was amazing! And the bill came… Half off on Tuesday! Wish they had this place in the city.

My husband and i were there for a «data» night. I was told by my a co-​worker that the burger was great. It was anything but great. Our server didn’t know what non-​alcoholic options were available and we were also told there is no «drink» menu. On to the food. The Waffle fries and tater tots were obviously right out of a frozen bag and were freezer burned. I ordered my burger with no set up (lettuce, onion or tomato) and wanted it medium well. It came with everything on it and was rare. When I brought the waitress back over she took it scraped off the lettuce and such, brought it back. Bottom bun soggy and all. My husbands’ burger wasn’t even the correct burger. We ate what we could from our plates and got the bill. At no time did the manager come over. Feeling this was the fault of our server I asked for the manager. This guy not only treated us with complete disrespect he accused my husband of lying about his order. I started the conversation out with I’m not asking for anything, this is our first time here and I just wanted you to know about the issues we encountered. He followed us outside where he continued to disrespect us, to say I was lady like the entire time would be false. Once he followed us outside my inner diva kicked in and I gave him a piece of my mind.
I beg you if you are reading this, don’t put yourself through the aggravation of going to this place. This manager who then proceeded to tell me he was the GM and the Owner after he lied and told me he was going to get the business card and phone number of the GM could care less about his customers, product or business.

Really have enjoyed visiting this establishment.
Staff is very friendly and very good. They really do try to get to know u and treat u like family.
The burgers are GREAT!!! They are big burgers and they have always been cooked just how I want it. They have many different burgers to choose from and my goal is try each one of them. The icing on the cake, they have tater tots!!!
This is amust try if u haven’t already!!!

We came here on a Sunday evening, not too busy and we were able to get right in. The draft beer selection is great, so that is a plus. There are a lot of burgers, but we do not eat red meat so had to look for other option.
The fish and chips were good and fresh, I would recommend them. My husband had the grilled chicken pita and liked it.

If you are looking for a burger and a beer joint, this is a great place. Many televisions playing Detroit sports. I watched the Tigers and the Red Wings both lose (unfortunately).
If you like burgers they have a huge selection. They also have local beer to chose from.

Had the Gratiot Burger, and sad to say that the burger meat isn’t what you’d think it be for being known for it’s burgers. It tastes like a McDonald’s patty meat, cheap and old. I am a HUGE burger nut and always order medium for a juicy bite, and it wasn’t juicy or tasteful at all. My boyfriend also mentioned the meat tasted bland, and we wondered where they purchased it from and how they prepare it. They nailed it with the bun though, tasted great.
The fries of my meal actually were great, I know you’re probably thinking, it’s fries you can’t go wrong, Oh yes you can, and these were cooked well and tasted great.
Atmosphere is vibing, lots of TV, the wait staff and busiers were all very nice and it was semi-​busy for a Friday night.
3 Stars is because food is number one and we had been
really looking forward to eating these burgers, and they were so disappointing. If you’re looking for an amazing burger I’d recommend Burgerz, they are my favorite still so far!
