I love your pizza you make excellent food which is why I rated you at least two stars. BUT… I placed an order around 6:30 in the evening. I was told that the delivery would take 45 minutes. The call center routed my delivery to the nearest store, that being Lake Orion. Then around 20 to 8 the Call Center contacted me back and told me that the delivery is too far away and that they had to cancel my order. My family and I did not eat until 9 o’clock that night thank you Passport Pizza. Your System of doing things as a joke. Why can’t you make it possible for someone to call the store directly. It would make more sense to talk to people who know about the area than a call center without Google Maps. DON’T YA THINK?

Went here today and ordered the extra large bacon and onion sticks. And they where very good. Gave the right amount of dipping sauce. And the ranch here is pretty good. I order online and was very easy to do and was ready and hot when I got there. The cashier was very nice and polite. I would order from here again and might try one of there pies next time…

Orion charter Township, MI

Pizza places are incredibly common, with one seemingly in every strip mall, the choices and quality run from $ 5 hot & ready to high end brick oven pies. Passport Pizza is anything but common. Tonight was the second order I placed in a week, as I had to try it again. I’ve ordered the «Detroit style» square deep dish (think Buddy’s or Jet’s), and it rivals and surpasses the competition.
The Chicago style deep dish (think Pizza Papalis) is as good as you’ll find and if you’re a fan of this style, it’s a must try.
Their round pizza is also fantastic, with quality toppings. They have a HUGE round pizza on the menu, which would be great for parties where you want to offer something unique, just know it won’t fit in some cars (not kidding, it’s huge). Their breadsticks are awesome, and I suggest getting the loaded ones! I have a new favorite pizza place, and I highly suggest you try them out!

Ordered pizza 4 times. 4 times jacked up my order.
They just don’t care.
They also have a call service when placing your order.
Pizza is OK if you can look past eating somebody else’s food

Well I wish I could write something positive, but I never got to try a slice. We ordered and made sure they were still available for delivery being 11:30 at night, they said it would be no problem and proceeded to take our order.
We paid by cc over the phone and waited the 45 minutes they quoted us. An hour went by and no phone call or pizza. It was almost 1 am when we decided to give up on our order.
We called at 10 am to see what had happened and inquired about refunding my cc since the total of $ 20 some dollars was taken from my account and instead of correcting the problem, we were treated rudely and lied too. Stinks that I never got to try it, but I will be watching my account because they had said they had no record of our order, but still charged my card, overall the worst experience I’ve had with a simple pizza shop.
