Recently switched from AT&T to Sprint and the guys at this location were knowledgable and professional when converting our 5 lines over. If you’re just looking for conversion but don’t care about getting any service whatsoever when things go wrong — these are your guys. As soon as we got our shiny new iPhones home though, what was sold as LTE coverage in our neighborhood was actually 1X and 1X Extended… like what you’d expect in the middle of the Sahara desert. The guys at the store had no clue what to do and I finally asked them to return my trade in phones OR give me similar phones so I could take them to a competitor who could give me good coverage. The store manager — Deshaunte — told me he’d look for our phones(we were within the 28 day«get out» window) and he’d call me back. That was 2weeks ago. Not cool. Sprint’s corporate customer care was slightly better than the manager at this location, who basically gave me the virtual middle finger by not calling me back. My research after the fact has told me that Sprint is a 2nd tier provider(speed & coverage area) compared to AT&T and Verizon. Buyer beware.

At the counter, ask the employee if I can preorder the new iPhone 6s+. Tells me yes at the store it can be done, but unfortunately he doesn’t know how to do it:( Um…thanks?

I came into the Sprint store as an existing customer; my phone was having some serious data slow down… which made me a very upset customer as I need phone data for my job. Of course, I wanted to give Sprint a chance to make things right by taking a trip into the store. I worked with Daniel(Daniel is the MAN!). Dan checked into my plan and explained how I would save $ 5/mo and gain unlimited minutes by updating my plan while not needing to signing a new 2 year lock in deal. I already had unlimited data and text. Additionally, he answered all of my other FYI questions regarding changing app update preferences. Most importantly, Dan fixed the data issue I had come into the store for with the plan update and some troubleshooting. I was in and out in 20 minutes.

I came into this store because it is convenient, only 2 miles from my home and I needed to buy a new iPhone for my mom and get the upgrade for my daughter. The sales people(one was in training) were taking care of another customer but, I was acknowledged and told it would be about 15 minutes, I had 15 minutes to spare so I waited patiently. Meanwhile, a few other people came in and were waiting in line. 15 minutes came and went then 20 then 25… I still was patient since I really wanted to get this taken care of today. Once the sales people were done with the previous customer, I stepped forward thinking I was going to be taken care of next. Then the salesperson came around the counter, asked if anyone was there just to pay a bill. 3 people stepped forward and to my surprise, the salesperson asked me if it was a problem if he took care of them first! Are you serious!!! Who taught this guy customer service etiquette? I guess they really don’t need the business. Taking my business elsewhere and would encourage others to not waste their valuable time either.

Great service! Never have to wait in line like AT&T. Easy parking. Reps personally drove to a different location to make sure my family and I could all have the same(New premium) phone we all wanted and helped us break away from AT&T who fought tooth and nail to rip us off. Both employees at Sprint helped my family/business lines migrate their contacts to their smart phones simultaneously so that we could expedite the process and get everyone switched over in one day.

The customer service by mike was great! I hate sprint as a company,(I just got an account with them and have had to call about 5 times for my bill each month… bs) but Mike knew I was really frustrated and I started calling him to help solve all my billing issues. He actually called customer service on my behalf several times to get things sorted out. It was definitely appreciated!
