I just love tick-​tock cleaners. The people who run that business are so conscientious and kind and ready and able to help get pants hand for a dance the same Night of the Prom. They have always done a very good job and make sure I was satisfied. Furthermore if I leave car keys or in a pocket or if I leave a piece of jewelry Pinned to a blouse, they call me to return it. They are still the best after 15 years‼

I have never written a bad review for a business before, but this was such a horrible experience that I felt compelled to warn others. I left two suit jackets to be cleaned, and when I got them back, they both smelled terrible. When I explained the problem to the woman behind the counter the next day, she actually started yelling, and then would only refund one of the jackets.
