Couture Nails

Went in here to get my manicure done and the results of it was just fantastic! My nails looked a really lovely! The level of work put into it was just amazing! The nail tech working on me was so gentle! Definitely going to see me here again for sure!

I’ve been to many nail places and this is by far the best! The work is impeccable and my nails and toes always look awesome. I’ve never had any issues and get compliments on my nails all the time! The staff is awesome and always work hard to accommodate you without a wait. Thanks to Michelle and David for always taking care of me when I’m there!

I am normally happy with the results here, but it is a hit and miss — extremely inconsistent. They should appreciate return customers as well as first-​timers.
When they are busy (more than two customers), they will ignore appointment times and take walk-​ins before someone who arrives with an appointment. (This seems to be a problem with numerous nail salons).
The last two times I called and set an appointment during a lunch break, I was told they’d «be right with me» then I sat for over 30 minutes, watching the clock tick. The female owner was lounging on the sofa, and I would think if they know they have an appointment waiting, they’d try to get that person started, at the very least.
There is a young girl on staff who is very loud and «Honeys» everyone too much in a phony way. It’s one thing to build rapport (when it’s genuine), but it can be annoying and makes you want to scream SHUT UP. Some people are trying to RELAX.
I could tell the poor woman she was working on felt uncomfortable because the girl wouldn’t stop asking nosy questions, then loudly asked, «How much you want to add for my tip?» So the woman had to announce it to the entire salon.
Sorry, but tips are for the customer to decide to add and give, AFTER you’ve provided the service and done a good job. So many of these places really don’t understand that a hefty tip isn’t something they automatically get to add to your credit card — especially when it took two hours to get a basic pedicure.
Customers would rather be told you’re too busy now, our next opening is at 7:15 PM or whenever. They shouldn’t lie to people on the phone, saying they can take you right now, when they clearly cannot accommodate any more people. They don’t realize how much better business would be for them, to book and honor appointments. Make the walk-​ins wait, not the people with appointments!

If you’re looking for a reasonably priced, relaxing mani/​pedi, look no further. I have been to Couture Nails a few times now and have experienced phenomenal service each visit. They use popular brands of polish and are familiar with current trends and style. The services offered in the basic pedicure are some that other salons charge extra for. I love the hot towel wrap on my legs after a good massage!
Cleanliness is important, and they take great pride in keeping the salon clean and providing excellent service. I am constantly receiving compliments on my nails and after thanking them I refer them to COUTURE NAILS every time.
