This was my first visit to the salon. I was hesitant at first because Unilocal had only one review and it wasn’t fantastic. I then went to the salon’s FB page and saw many glowing reports, so I decided to give it a try. I will start by saying the staff is warm and friendly. Stephanie did my pedicure and manicure and she was great. She started by giving me a tour of the salon. I was impressed with their facility and capabilities. She was delightful to talk with. The pedicure was gentle and relaxing, just what I needed. I had a special request for the manicure. My nails do not tolerate polish very well and I just wanted my hands and nails to look nice. She understood completely and made them look beautiful. I plan on being a regular here. I’m also excited about their Welcome Pack with coupons for future services including massage and facial, which I plan on taking advantage of.

Had a facial & a massage, they both did an incredible job. I decided the day of to get a facial as well as massage so I called & spoke with receptionist who shared with me pricing & even called me back to share I wouldn’t need coupon for massage but bring other coupon. When going to check out they charged me way more & would not accept the coupon. I understand when sales are going on not allowing coupons etc but would not put up with customer service that would call me & tell me completely otherwise. Bottom line I wouldn’t of gotten the facial if known the facts. It wasn’t about the money to me as much as it was I was holding the staff to their word. The Manager of store was rude & did not believe that her worker told me the wrong info. What a great massage & facial but so disappointed in the manager & staff fighting with me. It was embarrassing & would not come back because of manager. If you want to take the risk, make sure you call & speak with a manager when it comes to sales, coupons, special pricing.

First time there and had a terrible experience. The only reason I even gave it 2 Stars was because the girl who did my hair was so nice. The unfriendly receptionist needs better training and a lesson on how to treat customers. Crazy rules that embarrass the hairdresser really? They time the hairdresser on how long it takes her to style someone’s hair lol. Poor thing she was trying to go so fast that she left clumps of product in random places in my hair. She would drop her comb and stuff. Don’t put that kind of pressure on your stylists it’s tacky and rude! She did a great job considering the situation. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Guess I’ll stick with Image Makers… It’s always stress free there like it should be.
