Domino’s Pizza

Since my last review I was contacted through this website. The person is apparently a manager and explained to me that they were very concerned with what happened. I was told to fill out a form/​survey of the concerning the service (or lack thereof) that I received and that someone from outside the situation would contact me and try to resolve the issues. So I spent about ten minutes filling in the form, giving all my contact info, a summary of what took place and what I’d like done. I haven’t heard from anyone. I even sent a message back to the manager that initially made contact with me through Unilocal to NO REPLY. At least I ended up not being charged for our ruined pizza/​movie night. I will say that at this point I do not require a response or anything further, I just believe people have the right to know how certain businesses operate. Still though, no apology or anything from anyone? Moving forward, I am pleased to say that I have found a much better family owned place to order pizza from in Lake Stevens called South Lake Pizza, GO THERE! Thanks Unilocal

The manager here is truly amazing she’s always in a great mood always helpful always in her store and knows exactly what she’s doing very clean store very happy crew very happy to be a part of this community and eat Domino’s Pizza

I’ve never had a complaint! I love the chalk board wall to write on while you wait! The service is speedy and good! The pizza is always exactly how I order it!

Fast friendly and way better by far than it was 2 yrs ago

I’m not a huge fan of Dominos pizza, but my husband and kids like it and it’s cheap, so we get it pretty regularly. They’re super fast with delivery, but sometimes their sandwiches (I enjoy the Italian) come through delivery looking a bit disheveled.

I use to like this place but after my recent encounter I will take my business elsewhere. After waiting for over an hour for my delivery order and seeing that the online tracking status was at delivered I decided to give them a call and see what was going on. The response I received was that the driver tried to contact me and there was nothing at the address I gave, but I don’t really believe that because I did receive a call earlier that said my order was on the way and I was at home the entire time with the front porch lights on. What really upset me was that they didn’t seem to care and only asked me if I still wanted my order after it had been sitting around for over an hour and of course I declined. Don’t order from here if you hungry… it may never arrive.

Great pizza every time I order here. I will say that I don’t enjoy waiting in store for my pizza if I order carry out, because the evening staff routinely is fighting amongst one another, or talking about completely inappropriate work topics where I can clearly hear. I don’t want to hear about why you are on a new kind of birth control, or why so-​and-​so is taking too long on her break. Super inappropriate. But I do love the pizza here, I just try to aim for delivery.

Good Pizza. Kids were happy and it was here in a very short time. Online ordering is a must.

Great Staff & fresh ingredients, super crust too! Not that greasey crust of yesteryear. The 7.99 /​3 topping large walk-​in Special is the Bomb.

Ordered one of the artisan pizzas today and I must say that I was impressed, ordered online, it let me know every step of the way about my order… My hubby said that they stepped it up on these artisan pizzas… Because he’s one of those that watches what he eats and he ate this ;))

I was amazingly impressed, The customer service was wonderful, the food was really good, and I didn’t have to wait long at all I will defiantly be going back
