Pizza Hut

Just lost another customer! This place is ALWAYS late in the pickup times, even if you order hours in advance! Extremely poorly managed… Too bad as the pizza is great but not worth the hassle of the consistent incompetence!

Waitress was awesome! She was super nice and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. She also made sure that our order was correct and tasted good.
Food was great! We had two pizzas, breadsticks, and an order of boneless spicy BBQ wings. Everything came out fresh, hot and delicious. I highly recommend this Pizza Hut location.

We hadn’t eaten here in over 4 years and I thought their new crusts looked enticing so I decided to give them another try. This was honestly the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Why? Because there was hardly any cheese on it. There was a sprinkle of cheese covering less than 25% of the pizza. I didn’t know I’d have to order it with extra cheese if I wanted SOME cheese. That’s sort of a basic part of the meal.
Other than the missing cheese, the new crust was pretty good. We won’t be giving them any more money though, not for cheeseless pizzas!

Five stars for the wings but one star for customer service. Front counter girl didn’t know they had a VIP Wingstreet Cards program. Had to ask her fellow employee and didn’t give me one after she was handed a stack. Then she spent what felt like forever helping a jackass customer who, I think, works in the cell phone store next door. Dude, get that stupid comb out if your hair. You look like an idiot. Anyway, I can see my wings come out and she was still talking to the guy and now joined by another Pizza Hut girl. After another 10-​minutes or so he’s done talking and still I got no wings. Finally she realize that I’m standing there and handed me my wings but forgot the punchcard. Sadly, I thought she had a «Team Leader» on her name tag. She’s not ready for the big time and I hate the cell phone guy.
Update: Received a prompt reply from the store owner who promise to follow up with her team. I love the wings and usually get good service here so I hope this was just an anomaly.

We have ordered delivery from here quite a few times and never had a problem. Its a basic pizza hut, they get the order right, and its hot when it gets here. No complaints from us!

I have tried this Pizza Hut twice in the past 3 months and the results are the same. The service was horrible. The first time I phoned in my order and showed up on time to pick it up. I was re-​assured my order was almost ready for 30 additional minutes. Then I was told, sorry we haven’t started it yet. I left without the pizzas. Then I gave them a second chance. At least they made it this time, but was still late and the staff didn’t really care.

For a Pizza Hut, I feel like this one is just okay. We order delivery from them occasionally and they take the longest of the major pizza delivery chains here. Also I feel like my pizza could always use more cheese. It has spots where sauce/​dough shows through and that’s just not cool.

This was my first time getting food from this pizza hut location. I Order 2 pzones and a single order of breadsticks. Breadsticks were great as always, the pzones on the other hand were disgusting. Burnt on the outside raw dough on the inside, burnt i can deal with but their is nothing more disgusting than biting into raw pizza dough. I will not be going back to this location again and would recommend others to stay away.

Recently took advantage of the large one topping sale for 5.55. It had been awhile since I’ve been to Pizza Hut and was very happy with the service and quality of food.

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes while the guy in the back making pizza’s kept yelling «there is a line at the counter» Finally, the less than apologetic, less than polite, young lady made her way out of the back to retrieve my order.
