I bought my wife a $ 150 gift card. They since have changed their name to Spa Haven — supposedly due to a lawsuit claiming their name was too similar to another spa chain. Anyway, my wife went in to get her nails done today and was told that despite the fact that their system showed a balance of $ 85 on her card they were unable to honor that since the gift card was purchased in 2013. There is nothing on the card that makes any indication that there is an expiration date. Nice that they earned interest for a year and a half on that $ 85 and then decided to take the $ 85 too. Avoid this place like the plague has they are apparently a very unethical group. Unfortunately this wasn’t brought to her attention until after her nails were done.

Nails by Joe & Hanna are always good. No translation issues here. Always call for an appointment even same day and Joe will do his best to get you in.

I’ve been going to Spa Envy for almost two years now and love their service. The salon is always clean, they don’t try and push extra things on you, and they take their time with the manicures and pedicures. I love how they clean up my cuticles. Leave yourself more time than normal. It typically takes a couple hours, and don’t try and go without an appointment, I’ve never seen them be able to take walk-​ins. I’ve also used the massage service with Jamie. She does an amazing job! The deep tissue massage saved me from having to visit a chiropractor last year. I have recommended them to all my friends that live in Lake Stevens.

I was here today for a pedicure. The pedicure was average. There wasn’t anything special about it. They had good chairs and nice, pleasant employees.
My main concern was their timing. I had made an appointment for 1:45 and I wasn’t seated in the chair until around 2. They didn’t start the pedicure ’til nearly 2:15 and by the time I finished drying it was 3:00. It would be one thing if I was paying for a luxurious pedi. But this was their basic package. They told me it would take around 30 minutes. I was there a total of an hour and fifteen minutes. I don’t recommend them unless you have an early appt and they don’t have the chance to get behind.

I went here yesterday for a pedicure and shellac manicure as a bday gift to myself. I called earlier in the day to make an appointment, as I had heard it was advised to do so. Hanna did my pedicure and did a great job! Even had an awesome conversation without a language barrier. Lol
Joe did my shellac manicure and also did an awesome job! Will definitely go back! Highly recommend! :)

Spa Envy is great. So friendly, kind and the people are very nice and speak English. Only downfall is they are almost always busy so don’t take walk’ins often but making an appointment is worth it!

Spa envy is great! I just moved to the area and I’ve been looking for a place to get my eyebrows waxed. I went in and was immediately greeted by an employee. They weren’t busy, but they were already helping customers so I waited for about five minutes. Clean and comfortable atmosphere.

I love this salon! They’re incredibly friendly and want to make sure you’re happy with every step of a manicure, pedicure, wax, facial, etc. I was incredibly pleased and will definitely go back! And it’s the first salon that I could understand what they were saying because they spoke English so well! (I don’t want to sound rude or anything, but most salons I’ve been to they mess up really bad because I can’t understand what they’re saying/​asking).

Spa Envy is by far the best nail salon in Lake Stevens. I ve tried them all so have a good basis for comparison. The salon is clean, modern and beautiful. The staff is friendly and extremely good at what they do. The atmosphere is so relaxing. I never feel rushed as I do in the other salons. My last shellac manicure lasted 3 ½ weeks without even a nick! That is amazing as I am very hard on my nails. Prices are excellent. Only $ 32 for a Spa mani pedi! I highly recommend them. They are the only salon I will patronize in Lake Stevens:
