Jack In The Box

I never give fast good franchises more than 3 stars so this will be as good as it gets. I work graveyard for one of my many jobs and when I come home I often like to grab a bite (bad habit). This jack in the box drive thru is open ²⁴⁄₇ and the only other place open at the time is mcdonalds so no thanks. Never had a bad experience here, I’m usually waiting a few minutes at the drive thru but I don’t mind since that means they’re making it to order. Staff is pretty friendly as well!

This place reminds me of why I don’t go to fast food restaurants. We don’t normally head to through fast food places but at 11pm on a Sunday not many choices. We had the worse service I could imagine even for fast food. We pulled up to the «order“menu and were quickly and rudely told that we should be using the «preview» menu if were are not ready told order by a very rude worker named Megan, said we were holding up some very busy line at 11 at night. At that point (though I would have liked to drive away) we placed our order to her, which was like speaking to a 5 year old who was taking an order for the first time and of course she got it wrong. At the window she continued to remind us that there is a preview to use so that we don’t inconvenience them. Let’s just say when they told us to come again, I wanted to tell them I would go out of my way to make sure I don’t come there. They should really work on their customer service or get some better employees.

I really like this Jack in the Box. Never been inside, but they’re always fast and super-​friendly in the drive-​thru. Pretty much always get my order right. A couple times they’ve thought they might’ve forgotten fries or something and ended up giving me extra just in case.

No, no, no, no… never again. I got a breakfast sandwich here a few weeks ago. I bit into it and got something hard. My sandwich had pieces of hard plastic in it. So, thinking the restaurant might like to know what they were serving people, I cleaned up the plastic, took it and the sandwich up to the restaurant and asked for the manager. She was completely disinterested in what I found in my food. She never even looked at it. She simply asked me, «what do you want me to do about it?» Silly me, I thought maybe she’d want to see it so she could find the source.
So I got my money back and came home and wrote the corporate office. They seemed more concerned that I might be considering suing them and made sure I knew that if I had to see a dentist it would be at my expense. Nice. But to compensate me for feeding me plastic, they sent me two coupons for free meals. They did ask if I’d mail them the pieces of plastic. I told them I was going to hang onto it and see if the health inspector wanted it because I was contacting the health department next. I sent them a picture of it as «compensation» for their lack of concern for my health and welfare on all fronts.

Have visited a handful of times since they opened a few years back. Always slow as far as service goes, food is hit or miss. Lately it’s mostly been miss. My orders lately have been incorrect or food has been missing, after it happening today I will no longer be visiting this location. Every single item in my order was incorrect.
As far as correcting your order goes, I’ve been made to feel like I’m in the wrong for politely asking them to remake my food items.

I like the new building and the location is awesome, but the service was extremely slow for a fast food restaurant. There was no one in the drive-​thru line and approximately 6 staff members were visibly working. Only two people were in front of me, but I had to wait about 10 minutes to get my food.

This is a fairly new building and has a pretty cool layout, with patio seating and an indoor/​outdoor fireplace which is a first for me at a Jack in the Box. It was clean and efficient during my visit for lunch, I thought it was nice they also have Ranch Dressing and BBQ Sauce in the condiment dispensing area, no need to ask for packets or anything. As far as the food goes I would rate it above your typical fast food burger you would get a McDonalds and Burger King, but nothing extra ordinary after all it is fast food your expectations should not be to high. The diverse menu and decent quality fast food in a clean environment is why you would stop here.
