I ordered a $ 60 item from Koffler and while it arrived fine it didn’t do what I needed it to do. When I went to return it, it took me two weeks and several voicemails before I finally got ahold of someone– only to be told that they had just changed phone systems and my voicemails probably never got carried over. I was told that I should just ship the item back to them to get my refund– it cost me $ 63 to send it back! That was the LEAST expensive way possible. They offered me no prepaid label or compensation, stating simply that it was company policy not to pay for return shipping. I should have just thrown the product in the garbage, it would have been cheaper. RE: I put in a call again to speak with someone due to complications with the card, and was told I would be called back as soon as they were off the phone. I did not receive any call. It took me another two phone calls before I had my call returned. My review stands based on customer service(which is a shame because your products look good). The fact that you guys refused to take action until a Unilocal review was publicly posted shows me where your interest lies. I appreciate current offer of corrective action, and I will wait until it actually occurs before altering anything.

ordered a water filtering mat on 12/11/13 — -it finally arrived on 1⁄3 and it was NOT the mat i ordered — -i called the company to complain and got a man who seemed bored by my complaint and almost unbelieving that i could have received the wrong item; he finally told me to repack the item and fed ex would pick it up — «do you send me an email to print out a label for the package,» i asked—(it had been delivered by ups) — he seemed surprized i would ask such a question but said«no and they’ll pick it up… in the next few days.» i asked him to look into the order and get the right mat sent out; he said he would — i guess i’ll see how long it takes to get the right item — this co. is very slow in filling orders with the wrong merchandise and has off-putting customer service.
