IHOP

Surprisingly pleasant meal at this restaurant next to where we were staying. Good prices and service at dinner. Good senior turkey platter for $ 8 and sautéed beef tips for $ 12. Very tasty broccoli. Waitress refilled sodas to go – nice touch.

Good reliable food, as always. But no servers! Our room of 14 tables, all full, had only 1 poor server who was running ragged. (And it wasn’t a fluke; the server said it was always packed on the weekends.)

My experience here a few weeks ago was just an awful experience!!! I have never felt so disgusted with the service at an IHOP before. Our waitress was just rude, didn’t care about us, or even placed our order. I wish I could leave a 0 Star rating because this experience was way off the charts in a terrible rating!
My parents, friend, & I came here for a quick lunch… so we thought. It took a few minutes for our waitress to take our order. Then it took over 45 minutes to get our easy meal of sandwiches. I noticed other tables receiving their food and leaving before we even got our meal. I wanted to walk out because I was done with this service, but my family told me no.
I think what happened was our waitress forgot to put our order in or she just didn’t care about us. We didn’t talk to manager because they were busy and my family didn’t want to bother or cause a scene. In the end, we left her some change as a tip. She never checked on us, never engaged with us, or even said hello. It was just an awful experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT LOCATION AT ALL. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!

Not recommended if you have any special requests. (Like crispy bacon or eggs scrambled hard & dry).
We stopped on our way to the Outback Bowl game. The dining room wasn’t busy when we arrived. It was cold inside, but that’s expected due to the high humidity this morning. Being New Year’s Day, we expected to see or have some impact of last nights celebration during service. Our server seemed cool & calm when taking the order for 2 with no note pad. But it was clear she was hung over. She was just a bit too relaxed with her eyes half closed, but her speech didn’t seem slurred.
Turned out she didn’t remember both orders, just one. She came back asking for the 2^nd order to be repeated & mumbled some excuses for why she failed to recall the order.
The meal arrives & my choc. choc chip pancakes are being remade. They were the loud crash heard in the kitchen, just seconds before the meal was brought to the table. The 2^nd server who brought the meals was a lot more in tuned with what a server should be tending to & that was great. I ordered a split decision — eggs scrambled hard & dry, all crispy bacon, choc. choc chip pancakes, no whip.
The kitchen failed on the bacon & eggs. I sent the eggs back, since I would be hungry at the game if I don’t eat them. They came out slightly warmed more, but just as wet. The bacon was also sent back since it was flimsy & still fatty. The pancakes for the other order were ‘old’ & clearly not fresh, since the butter was not melting.
The 2^nd server was great at helping correct the negative things on the order & I wish I had got her name. She’s a tall, a little older, slender woman who’s very polite when speaking to you. She took one meal off our ticket for our trouble, but frankly — I would have preferred to have had a great meal that I was able to eat while stopped.
BTW, the first server never came back to the table, we never even got a chance to complain to her about anything.

Excellent service and the food is delicious and worth every dollar. I love stopping by IHOP on my cheat days, worth every calorie.

I see a majority of the 2 star reviews for this location pertain to the cleanliness of the restaurant and the service. My wife and I chose to eat here because the wait time for Cracker Barrel was insanely long. We only waited for about 10 minutes or so to get a table on a Sunday morning around 11, which is not bad at all.
The restaurant was extremely busy, but the staff appeared to be handling everyone in a courteous and professional manner. We had a great server who engaged us in conversation and was extremely personable, but also fast with gathering our order and returning with drinks and the meals.
I didn’t see any trash on the floor or messy tables throughout the restaurant because they were so busy and attempting to clear off everything they could to open up more tables for the guests. One server or manager was yelling in the back to get runners up to get the food, but was a bit too assertive with his staff. He yelled, «I need runners up here NOW!!». You could tell the servers did not appreciate that, but some don’t understand proper leadership techniques.
I ordered the Split decision breakfast that included 2 pancakes with apple topping, 2 pieces of French toast, 2 eggs, 2 bacon strips, and 2 sausage links. My wife ordered chicken fingers with mashed potatoes and corn. The food was tasty, but my pancakes and eggs seemed a bit cold. Coffee wasn’t too bad, but wasn’t the greatest. I definitely think this deserved a 4 star because service was great and food was good as well.

The worst ihop in my life! Never coming back awful location, just one server for the whole restaurant she’s amazing Brandi i guess was her name but she has 2 hands for all the tables! The presentation of the food was ugly. Sorry but i can’t recommend this place to anyone.

This location is not the greatest. Restrooms are in some serious need of some up keep. Altogether the whole restaurant could use some cleaning. There was also dirty silverware and sticky syrup handles. Yuck!
Waitresses are to busy chatting and rush through taking our order. They made me feel like they didn’t have time to help me. That I, a paying customer, was an inconvenience. Smh.
Food wise… well it is what it is. IHOP chain food. If you have eaten at one you have eaten at the all.

The staff is so helpful and community minded. They raised 200 pairs of sneakers for their local boys and girls club. The food is good and the staff is great. Come see them

Manager was acting as the hostess, but was incredibly rude. This ruined the experience from the beginning. I requested a booth and she acted like it was the most inconvenient request ever.
Once seated, it took ten minutes for someone to even come over to our table… and that’s because we flagged them down.
The food was good, but the team had a serious case of poor attitudes — which ruined the experience. Will never come back because we all left feeling worse than when we came in.

It’s your typical IHOP. The service was great and the food was up to par. My eggs were a bit undercooked so I asked to sent them back. The waitress did so without complaining. She was tipped well, for good service. I would come back to this one if I had to eat at another IHOP on my way to Disney World.

Food was good. Waitress took our order, didn’t write it down (thought to myself she won’t remember it, my wife changed a few things from the menu). Well her order came wrong had to send it back. So I ate while she waited for her order to be cooked again otherwise mine would have gotten cold. So probably won’t go back there again. Like I said my food was good, but no apologies for the messed up order. The restaurant was fairly clean, plenty of parking for customers. Convenient off of I4.

Wow. About to walk out. After 15 minutes no one acknowledged me. Went to another table that had more people instead within minutes of them coming in. Exit door has a sign that says restrooms. Really!!! You kidding me. That’s not funny! Walking out I said to man at entry way — this place is a joke. Turns out it was the manager! He offered to take care of me. To late. I’d experienced and seen enough. Shocked this was an ihop.

1.5stars for the food… ½ star for the service. Place was pretty dirty with good and trash on the floor. We got in waited for 5mins before anyone came to do our drink order. We ordered everything at once and i specifically asked for crunchy hash browns. 15−20mins later the food came… hash browns softer then baby skin… i asked for them to be fixed… that took 10 mins and they came back hot… still soft. I asked for the manager and he removed the meal from the bill. We also diverted some customers that were walking in and told them to hit up somewhere else. It’s kinda expected because it’s right off I-​4, but the servers also move like molasses.

Not a pleasant experience. Tables that were not occupied were covered with crumbs. Floor littered with creamer containers, used napkins and remnants of food. Server seemed angry to be there. Our meals were tasteless. She never offered refill on beverage and brought wrong plate to one of the 3 at our table. The only time she was quick when we were counting money for our tab. She took that but left dirty dishes for our «delight». I can do that at home.

First off I have eaten at plenty of Ihops in other cities and absolutely loved it, but this particular Ihop is terrible. They are overpriced because they are in business with the neighboring Travelodge. They also have terrible service. My sandwich looked like it was just thrown together and the fries were so salty I couldn’t even eat them. Our waitress was openly complaining about needing her break and she was VERY rude. I do not recommend this place.

This place was good! We ate here 2 our of 3 days of our trip and Megan was very helpful. Even though she was new, she made things happen!

Slow Service. Soup served cold. My Wife had green stuff in her Pancakes.

A little surprised at poor overall quality. Seats uncomfortable, coffee lukewarm, crepes lukewarm. Ordered bacon crispy, it came cold, soggy w grease, and a little overdone. Service ok but would have had MUCH better value at nearby McDonalds

This is an efficient IHOP. Our table was clean and our orders were taken quickly. The menu is far too packed with breakfast choices to do reading any justice. Most selections are about $ 7. The beverages are in «Pepsi» brands (bleh). Four kinds of syrup are offered (butter pecan, strawberry, blueberry, original). Hashbrowns are cooked crispy and brown. It’s hard to eat healthy in this place, but fun to try new items.
⁴⁄₂₀₁₃ update. This place also has been great about accommodating large parties with no lapse in service speed. Better than average IHOP.
